He heard her on the phone with someone a couple of nights ago, after their mother told them lights out. The little boy wanted to figure out what his mother had hidden in the desk. Something that only the adults could read about which made him feel left out from everyone else.

“How many times have I told you to not go there?”

“Once or twice..” It was an obvious lie. The little boyhad been told not to enter the room a numerousamount of times, but he continued to do so becausehe was a nosy child. Henry slumped his shouldersinto a shrug, staring up at the blonde while he waitedfor her to respond to his comment.“You can’t tell mommy, please.”

Arizona had spent much of the morning talking to Callie about Addison’s niece, Rosalie, who happened to be in the pediatrics unit at the time. Arizona asked Callie to check in on her and maybe give her some company, since Addison was swamped that day while Callie had essentially nothing to do. Callie was a bit confused, not knowing why she was the one being asked to entertain a kid but within moments of being in the room with Rosalie, Callie understood. Rosalie was Callie, only twenty years ago. The ten year old sat in up bed when Callie entered the room. “Hey there, Rosalie. My name is Callie. I’m a friend of your aunt’s. How are you doing today?”
