He had heard the question countless times. Dexio, Sina, Diantha, even Lysandre himself, but he was never was certain which of the voices were real and which were just a figment of his imagination. Laughing he picked up the near empty bottle of wine, and brought to his lips.
It had gotten to the point where he no longer recognised the taste of the bitter liquid. After his third swig from the bottle, he laughed almost bitterly.
“I suppose I could ask you the same thing about appearing in my living room like this.” Augustine couldn’t care at this point for the answer, but he felt like it was the only thing he could say. He took another plentiful swig.
“But if you must know, mon ami, it usually happens when I miss you.” Which happened to be a lot, so it happened. Augustine wanted to sob. He wanted to breakdown and tell Lysandre to come back already and explain his actions, but he couldn’t. He wouldn’t. Augustine Sycamore was alone.
;;You know, I was almost tempted to make this Lysandre/Steven because you didn’t specify, but I’m nicer than that |”D
Who’s the first to wake up in the morning: Lysandre, Sycamore would try and wake up at the same time Lysandre did, but would be far too groggy and half awake from a previous late night. The only time that Sycamore would be the first one to wake up would be if he passed out at 6pm the evening before and woke up at 5am the next morning.
Who’s the one to make breakfast: Lysandre, mainly because he owns a cafe and so knows what good food is. Plus Sycamore should not be trusted in the kitchen unless you want instant food or chicken fingers.
Who’s the one to serve the other breakfast in bed: They are both busy men, and would have to leave for their respective jobs early to make sure they actually get there. There is always breakfast on the kitchen table because of this, (whether on a plate or in a tupperware box) but it never reaches the bedroom, unless one of them is sick. However that’s only ever dry toast.
Who would suggest a quickie in the morning before work: Depends on who is in the mood for it that morning. It usually will be Sycamore in an attempt to start Lysandre’s day off with a good start. Should it be the other way around, Sycamore is never one to turn down the idea and goes along with it anyway.
Who suggests they both ditch work to lay around all day: If they’ve recently had an arguement, Sycamore will suggest it to ensure that they were still good and no longer fighting. Otherwise Lysandre will suggest it if he feels Sycamore needs to take a break from his professorial duties, to which he will always politely decline until he can finish his latest research project.
Who chooses the movies: Lysandre, only because he knows that Sycamore probably won’t stayed interested in them longer than twenty minutes, and if he is going to watch something for 20 minutes he would much rather be enjoying it than sitting there wishing it was over already.
Who initiates kissing during the moving, thus distracting the other from the movie all together: Sycamore~! He can’t keep his attention on movies for too long and because of this he feels like Lysandre should pay attention to him more. Lysandre will only be annoyed for a short amount of time before he returns those kisses however.
Who orders lunch: The both order their own lunches. Even if one of them orders off the children’s menu at times…
Who steals food from the other’s plate without asking: Sycamore, but more often than not they’ll ask each other if they want to try what ever it is they’ve ordered.
Who curls up next to the other and falls asleep due to a full tummy: Lysandre, that man is like a giant cat, if either of them was to curl up and sleep it would be him. Sycamore would just smile and read some research papers before he needed to move for some reason (food, drink, bathroom) and will usually accidentally wake the sleeping man. He’d apologise with a quiet “Ah, I’m sorry mon amour”.
Who distracts the other from trying to work at home: Sycamore. Home is for home things, work is for work. He would pull at Lysandre’s arms until he finally decided that enough was enough and would humour Sycamore for a while.
Who asks to go get ice cream like a five year old: Sycamore!
Who takes pictures of their partner eating ice cream: One of them would do it secretly making it the others contact imagine in their holocaster while the other will make the two of them take about 100 selfies of themselves and the ice cream.
Who makes a sexual joke about the dripping ice cream on their partner’s face: Both, depending on their moods.
Who cooks dinner: Lysandre, once again Sycamore is not really trusted to make a full healthy meal. However this is usually done in the cafe after hours.
Who cleans up the kitchen afterwards: Neither, Lysandre lets the morning staff deal with it, as he’d much rather spend time with Sycamore than clean dishes. His staff don’t really approve.
Who stays up until 2 reading: Both of them have done this on numerous occasions while in their younger years. The two of them would help each other study until they realised how late it was and agreed they would pick up where they left off in the morning.
Who stares at their partner while their sleeping: They both do this. Lysandre is usually the first to wake up and will spend a moment watching Sycamore in the morning, however at night it is Sycamore who looks over at Lysandre and worries that he’s working too hard, that he’s being secretive of something. Those thoughts don’t occupy him long as he’s soon fast asleep.
Who kisses their partner while they sleep: If they wake up in the middle of the night from one reason or another, both. Lysandre always wakes Sycamore in the morning with kisses though, it seems to be one of the few things that can actually get him awake, other than the fresh scent of coffee.
The fact the he basically had to plan this get away had annoyed Augustine at first. All he had wanted was to spend time with the other man, and it seemed like a chore to so these days. However the fact they he finally managed to get some time alone now was all that mattered.
Although, they weren’t really alone, not with the vast amount of Flabébé and Florettes lurking in the fields that surrounded them. Just seeing the vast amounts of colours brought a sense of happiness to the professor. Being around so many smiling faces just lifted his mood entirely.
Ignoring Lysandre for a moment, he took small step forwards and examined the Pokemon before him.
“Aren’t they wonderful?” Augustine uttered, slowly lending his hand out to the flower shaped Pokemon. “Lysandre, take a look at them!” He smiled, beaming from ear to ear.
2. What thoughts would your character have when they first saw but didn’t know mine?
That Lysandre is the tallest man she has ever seen!
11. A fluffy situation you think our muses would be cute in?
Lulu goes to buy coffee at Lysandre’s café and finds herself a couple coins short. He comes in and tells the barista to let her have it for free so long as she sits down and tells him what she considers to be a "beautiful world”.
Fire because honestly he’s just so big plus he loves giving hugs.
Who would wake up first?
I feel like they’d both be easy birds, so it would depend on the day really.
Do they have nicknames for each other?
Not many, really. Sometimes Fire will get into a mood and call her his mermaid or his star, but that’s about it.
What happened when they met each other’s parents?
Fire’s mom would absolutely adore just about anyone he brought home, so imagine there would be lots of hugs and excitement and doting going on there. She would tell so many stories about Fire as a kid honestly. On the other hand, Fire would be so nervous about meeting her parents and making a good impression but somehow it would all turn out okay anyway.
How do they apologise after an argument?
Fire feels bad immediately afterward, and would just go apologize very directly. He doesn’t really like getting into fights or anything and has no capability to stay mad at someone for long. Misty might hold out for a bit and then begrudgingly apologize.
What would they be like as parents?
They would both be super fun actually. Fire would definitely be the doting parent, always there with little gifts and hugs and affection. I bet he’d end up being a great stay at home dad now that I think about it. Misty I think would always be taking the kid out on adventures, or with her to work, and always be teaching them something else super cool.
Who is the better cook?
Fire, though it’s probably not saying much. He can do just enough to get by.
Who is more romantic?
Absolutely Fire. He isn’t really afraid to show affection, whereas Misty is a little more embarrassed by it all.
What sort of gifts do they get for each other?
Fire’s the type to pick up something to give as a gift whenever he sees something that reminds him of Misty. She would have so many cute little knick-knacks that she wouldn’t know what to do with them, hahaha. She’d probably save the gifts for big occasions, but secretly be thinking on it all year round.
Who gets jealous easiest?
Misty, just because Fire is way too laid back for that sort of thing.
Who gets more excited for events e.g.. Birthdays, Christmas?
Both of them to be honest, though Fire might show it more.
Who is the most adventurous?
Misty, though not by too much. Fire likes adventures, too, but he doesn’t really mind relaxing either.
Who is the most protective?
Misty. Fire is a large puppy dog that needs to be protected after all.
What would they have been like as childhood sweethearts?
Fire would probably have always been following after her on this adventure or that, and always be giving her little presents like pretty flowers or rocks or such that he found along the way. It would be the kind of relationship that just moved really naturally from friendship to romance.
*BONUS: Song to sum them up?*

Other than the scarred knuckles he earned in street brawls as a child, Xander’s hands are nothing out of the ordinary. His hands fingers are strong but can present a gentle touch at the appropriate times, and are rather proportionate to the rest of his body.
