I've complained about Mel Medarda before (mostly about story things I think could have been handled better and not her specifically) but I do love her design. From a character design standpoint it's incredibly good and tells you what you need to know. High class, sophisticated, decadence. The only thing I personally would change is have her dress start out red, then as she starts to be disillusioned with Noxus, have it turn into that white.

the kdrama im watching is making me cry😞😞 they reversed the typical Bad Boy With A Soft Side For Only One Person trope, and they made the girl the one instead. her (ex) boyfriend says shes kind of selfish, doesnt really care for others that she doesnt know, and hard to put up with. her ex boyfriend is a nice, romantic guy, but she has no sense for romance whatsoever and is so overly competitive that it sucks the romance out of things sometimes. but in her ex boyfriends words, there was side of her only he can see… she softly helped him with his homework and carried him home on her back, making sure he was comfortable on the way. sure she picked fights with people, but she does it to those who try to walk all over her boyfriend because hes too nice.
