Misty is in perfect health, thank you very much. (’Doctor’s hate her!’)She gets sick about once a year and it’s always in the winter. Something about swimming and the freezing cold not mixing well.

♕  - Childhood Headcanon

Misty caught her very first pokemon (Magikarp; Now Gyarados) with the help of her dad when she was itty bitty! As any 7 year old would, she thought Magikarp was the coolest thing she’d ever seen, though her sister’s relentlessly teased her for having such a useless pokemon. For awhile, she was embarrassed to have Magikarp, but one day decided that her sister’s were stupid, and Magikarp deserved all the love in the world. 

And when Magikarp evolved into Gyarados? Oh boy.

From the moment she met her Cynthia could tell that there was something very different about Sabrina. The psychic wasn't exactly secretive about it but there was something about the air she gave off that made her powers clear as day. Her perceptiveness may have been due to that fact that she had grown up around Caitlin and Riley, but Cynthia thought it was certainly exciting to meet with another human in possession of powers! 

Perhaps it is the similarities between Sabrina and her old friends, but it makes Cynthia a little more hands-on and enthusiastic around the girl than perhaps she means to be. 

Cynthia in very intrigued by Sabrina and on the rare occasions that they meet she spends most of the time telling Sabrina old tales of psychic humans in folklore. She finds the topic fascinating. Sabrina may or may not agree but likes how warmly the Sinnoh Champion treat her.

“The Godmother would like to speak with you, Aloysius.” That was what they had said when he had been brought to the doors, the ones to her office. 

The Frenchman cleared his throat, stepping into the room slowly. “La dame de la mafia. An honor, in all varieties. How may a humble man serve you, Godmother?”

She glanced up at him, emerald eyes gazing though any mask he dared to put on in front of her. “I heard that you are a collector of sorts, no?”

“Of information and other useful tidbits, yes.” He bowed lowly to her, a sly smile on his face. “The information I deal ruins lives and reputations, all for a low cost. Were you, perhaps... Interested in my talents?”

“I can’t say that I wasn’t.” She leans forwards, resting her elbows on the table and interlacing her fingers. “Certainly, we would love to have you...”

What they define their relationship with your muse as: An acquaintance, however she finds the young woman intriguing. 

Something they like about your muse: Cynthia likes how creative May is. Contests are something that she personally can’t wrap her head around. The ability to focus on elements other than an efficient way to take down your opponent while battling goes against her nature and Cynthia respects the kind of skill and forethought that takes.

Something they dislike about your muse: Cynthia likes younger trainers a lot and finds their enthusiasm endearing however she would be a little nervous to spend an extended period of time alone with her. May can talk a lot, she even makes Barry look quiet. Perhaps it is a cultural difference? From her experience people in Sinnoh tend to be a little more reserved.

Their first impression of your muse: Short (why are all the young trainers so tiny!), excitable, easy to like. 

Their impression of your muse now: She may well have underestimated her at first, now Cynthia believes May to be a powerful trainer even though they follow different paths.

How they feel about your muse: She does not know her well but she would assist May if she asked, she seems like a nice person and Cynthia respects that.

Something they are hiding from your muse: She’s still not 100% on the rules of contests… She’s entered a few for publicity and sort of guessed from context. People assumed she knew. She didn’t. 

Something they wish they could to tell your muse: “There’s a look in your eye that tells me that you are stronger than you know, don’t pay heed to self-doubt.”
