Lemme tell you 'bout my day... I finally took a complete day off writing and went to the gym with the one and only @themirnavator. Every time I see her, we are barely serious for too long. She knocked out her mileage while I did my calisthenics, plyo and #endurance work. Then we played around with the weights. Y'all don't even know how much I missed throwing up some weights in the playground. We kept it easy and even took some videos for fun. Had lu/inner (c'mon guys lunch and dinner) and battled the infamous crowd called Times Square.
