The calisthenics or street work out is a sport who create help and respect among its members. It is a training method use exersices with body weight and the search for perfection in the movement. I like this sport becused i could trianing in diferents places without excuses, anyone can do them and it's the best form to begginers start to train as well.
I like watching workout videos like THENX's to hang out with friends because they work every part of the body also I have seen videos like those of cris heria or kass calisthenics that motivate you to do new exercises and push yourself to achieve new goals.
The best part of this discipline is that can be practiced in the street, outdoors or where disired also we do not spend a lof of money like on a gym. It's no pricey
Calisthenics are great cuz you feel like shit while working out but after that you can see the results in the mirror.
