US Government to implement Human Rights into their Ruling

Hello Mr. President,
Human Rights has been neglected for too long now, and it is time to make a change so America will be a better place to live in for its people.
I want to see Human Rights implemented into the US Government’s rulings by initializing an amendment that is based on this. The US Constitution is the voice microphone of the people in America, and it is with this process that Human Rights is being demanded as a serious part of the US Government’s rulings.
“Human rights are moral principles or norms that describe certain standards of human behavior, and are regularly protected as legal rights in municipal and international law.”
My goal is to make sure human rights are implemented into the US Government so there will be less corruption. We the People was written for a reason but you need to use your voices by signing this petition please!
Deadline is Nov. 1st - Making this happen will greatly affect the President’s choices for the better no matter who wins Election 2016!
