This may not be a February-event themed drawing, but I really wanted to do this. Got pretty addicted to watching "Musical Pipers: The Pied Piper" animated short film and reading the webtoon comic since the beginning of this year (along with all of the other videos created by Rambu---it was awesome). I think the most trouble I had with this drawing was the water, but I do like it nonetheless.
