Help me choose?
So apparently my legs have turned into noodles. I need to get myself together.
Heat is my friend. I'm not sure if it is the muscle in my lower back or if it is my kidney, but something has been bothering me for 2 days. Heat has helped some today though.
Check in! I did it! My calves are burning and I got told that mini squats didn't count as squats. Needless to say, I'm thankful for the small tumblr community that has already grown around me
Check in. I'm lucky I got dressed today my left kidney hurts so bad. My workout today is nonexistent, unless you count attempting to walk in a grocery store and feeling like I'm gonna collapse. I've got lots of water so trying to drink it could also be counted lol.
Maybe a dumb question:
Are there good fitness trackers out there that do the following???
Track heart rate at least semi accurately.
Fit a small wrist. (Less than 5")
Don't break the bank.
If you've found a fitness tracker that fits this criteria please tell me about it.
I'm not super tech savvy, but I've been googling and I would love some input.
These a my legs... mine. Sometimes accepting them is hard. Okay, okay let's be real- posting this photo is hard. I'm learning that I can accept them and work towards change. I want to be able to control my own body. I'm tired of fighting with my legs to do the simplest of things. My legs will never be "normal". My walk might always have at least a slight similarity to that of a zombie, but I've gone through enough physical therapy to know that I can gain some control. This is just the start of the battle - mind over body. I WILL make progress. I WILL better myself. I WILL love myself and find a new confidence. I WILL NOT give up. I OWE it to myself. So yes, those are my legs.. mine. And I will love them through this journey.
Today my four year old nephew drew "tattoos" on my arms.
