I'm so not a morning person, but I did it! A kitchen workout before family day. Oh man those mini squats kill and standing on one leg is tough, but I made it through.
So I got to communicate with my honeybee for a minute. Knowing that he is okay helped my mood a whole bunch. I think I'm just carrying too much stress, I know everyone has a lot going on. I just need a place I can put everything, I know we are supposed to be social distancing, but in a house of ten people it is really hard to get any privacy or do kitchen workouts when everyone is home at the same time now. I need to find a way to do a short workout in the morning and I'm also looking into meditation and adaptive yoga. If y'all have any tips on meditation or adaptive yoga please let me know.

Here is another kitchen glute burner from the man who brought us the anti-blow job anthem nobody understands, Heads High. I am generally enthusiastic when artists inspire a little workout while putting away the dishes, regardless of intent. But I'm especially supportive when the artist in question also has a track about postpartum depression and lets the sweat show.
