My quarterly dashboard is dedicated to therapy notes. Except…you can see just how well I’ve kept up with it! 😬😅

therapy reminders
Whatever you consistently repeat to yourself in your mind - you will start to believe it , whether it’s good or bad.
ok i need to write down what my therapist told me to do - when there is a discussion going on in class write down the question and answer it. it will make me feel like i’m a part of the discussion. (it’s okay that i’m not able to contribute to the discussion yet) - FUCK WHAT ELSE DID WE TALK ABOUT?!?!?!?!?(this shit always happens) -when i start having thoughts that i’m not good enough/comparing myself to others think “i’m trying” “i’m not there yet and it’s okay” -get head and shoulders shampoo(for my scalp) -try to use self-control with my scalp picking (in class i’ve been just lightly touching them instead of picking, which she said that is a great thing because it’s taking me away from the actual behavior!) ((i’m really bad at rewording what she says)) (((she sounds a lot better/makes more sense than i make her seem to be)))
