It was. And not nearly as long as it would have taken humans. Robots don’t have unions or need breaks, after all. *chuckles a little bit* And I even added a garden into the back and my workshop onto the side. It suits me perfectly, though some would think it too large for someone to be living in alone.

It's good you didn't have to wait! I know they're not human, but I can't help but feel bad, you know? Like- well I build cars from practically nothing as a hobby, so I more than understand that they're just- well they're not human, but I still can't help but feel bad if I've taken my current project out for a ride that lasted a bit long. Even my farm tools; I can't help but feel guilty if I overwork them. [Rubs the back of her neck] I guess what I'm admitting is that I have sympathy for things that do not need it. [Chuckles, before giving a shrug]

But I can understand why some might say that! My house in Palermo was a bit too big for just me. Though to be honest, I feel just as lonely in a smaller house than I do in a bigger one!

Stains [Mikoto and Charles]

He'd have to wash his clothes later, he decided. After all, they were covered in blood.

Mikoto had removed the cloth around his waist and let it soak in the bloodstains on the road, but it was not nearly enough, and he let out a soft sigh. As he stood up, dripping red, he searched the landscape for some sort of river where he might clean himself and his clothes, but there seemed to be nothing of the sort – and so he merely wrung out the cloth in the grass and did his best to clean the stains in the dirt, sweating on his hands and knees.

Given that the last one we shared was so dreadful, I felt the need to remedy it and try again. *puts one hand on Joe's hip, the other behind his head and kisses him thoroughly* There! I'll not have my reputation tarnished as some sub-standard kisser!

[caught by surprise when the man suddenly grabs him and kisses his, eyebrows raised high] Hello to you, too?

*walks up to her, wearing Alice's crop top and miniskirt. He stretches to the side a bit, showing off his torso.* Hello, darling~ *wink*

[Currently in the middle of watering her plants, she doesn't see him approach. Turning at the sound of his voice, the sight of him causes her to drop her watering can, the tool landing hard on her toes, though the only reaction she seems to have is that of a slightly gaped mouth and a flush on her cheeks]Uh- um, hi?

Heartache of a Fool || Charles & Sanjay

The story isn't really... really not a happy one. But it is one I know best and I have known by heart. I like to call it 'The Princess and The Fool'. [He clears his throat.] Long ago, a fool was born, but he hadn't a mother nor a father. The fool was alone, but he believed that he wasn't lonely. The fool lived in an orphanage, quietly going about his days and doing what the man who ran the orphanage told him to. And one day, the King came into the orphanage and met the young fool.

He told the fool, that he was going to take him in and have him work for the royal family. The fool was happy. The fool cared for the King's young son and helped serve the royal family, and one day. The fool met a girl, a princess. To him, she was the most beautiful person in the world. And much to the fool's surprise, the Princess liked him as well. 

The fool was so happy! The fool and the princess spent all the time they could together, playing and talking and enjoying each other's company. And before either of them could realize it, the two had fallen in love. But her family would never let the two be together, so they were lovers in secret. 

Sneaking kisses and stealing each other away to be together, the two were so deeply in love. As they got older, they considered running away together. But, of course good things couldn't last. The princess was put into an arranged marriage. And the princess had to go through with it. The night before she were to go meet her husband to be, the princess and the fool spent a night together. And the next day, she was gone.

And though he could never have her, the fool still loves her. Despite the pain of not being able to be with her, the fool is still just happy to know that he was capable of loving someone in such a way.

*Spotts the peasant she had that one disastrous date with, "Charlize" adjusted her suit jacket and pencil skirt before walking up to him.* Hello handsome~ *Tries desperately to keep her cool and not bust out laughing.*

Operation Booty Call [Charles/Mistel]

He had thought his sister asleep, but the tell-tale clicks coming from down the stairs meant she was cooped up in the living room due to a hit of late night inspiration. This made his escape from the house much more difficult, and as he received a signal from Charles, a text, that he had arrived and was waiting outside.

The light in his room flickered, Mistel making sure his room was both dim and locked for his escape, as he crept onto the balcony and waved at Charles from above, perching himself on the ledge before making a small leap to the nearby tree branches and slowly making his way down.

Gymnastics had gotten him somewhere.

He didn't usually do things so reckless or impulsive, but it had been a strange week, a rough week. If he had to help George plan one more thing about his wedding, he thought he may burst into tears. So here he was, doing anything to get his mind off of it.

"Well, if it isn't Romeo."
