#thestretchproject #day10. I kept adjusting my back and shoulders. #forwardfold I never know how bad my form is until I see pics. I need to find cheap studio mirrors to use at home. I kept trying to remember to lengthen and straighten my spine and pull my shoulders back. I just couldn't quite get it right. But I will #keeptrying #nevergiveup I used to be more flexible though and couldnstraifhten my back and legs and touch my nose to my knees. However, when I took several months off from exercising regularly, I lost a lot of it.
