I will not lie: I wrote this in Japanese because the vertical text looks better than the horizontal English text. It should be read right-to-left. I rewrote the second sentence many times, and I hope it's OKAY!
My White Addison OC, Theta, sharing a dream with Spamton, but from her POV. During this dream, he is already BIG SHOT. They never meet while he is still an Addison. His SOUL projection still resembles his Addison self since he sees himself in her but negatively.
Spamton's version of the dream is wildly different. Distorted and darker, he lowers his left hand to strangle her neck but cannot bring himself to do it. He does not see her as a figure of comfort and beauty as she does for him but as an unsettling anomaly who fills him with disgust. However, she surprises him by feeling his face, blissfully unaware of his dark intentions.
Spamton's paranoid and demented POV to the other image I did. Both are dreaming, but one is having a nightmare. His trembling hand freezes, unable to curl his fingers around her neck despite how much she disgusts him...

Spamton shares a dream with Thetalan/Theta, my White Addison OC, who torments him by merely existing despite having no power or prestige. Convinced by an enigmatic palm reader and the "phone entity" to be the only one worthy of the "deal" he was offered, discovering her completely shatters this reality.
Since childhood, he has believed that he is the only White Addison, making him see himself as special and fated for a glorious path that no one else can share. However, after meeting Theta, he doubts his uniqueness, leading him to develop deep paranoia.
He comes to perceive her as a covert anomalous threat and questions if forces outside his control made her to ruin him by forcing doubt upon his choices and fate.
so if theta is still around, didn’t she also have this mean boss lady that had this (unrequited) crush on Spamton? I imagine she must’ve been seething when she found out about him and Tenna. she tormented that girl for nothing…
Ah, you must be referring to Nagela Sax, the Darkner who represents the fashion brand by the same name. Theta does work for her briefly, but I should clear up some things about her.
Nagela does not have an unrequited crush on Spamton. She sees him as a useful business partner and asset to boosting her own success and notoriety. Her obsession with modeling alongside him comes from a place of personal pride since she feels as if her looks complement his far more than any other woman, especially since he is often considered the "Most Handsome Man" of Cyber World during his BIG SHOT era via overwhelming public opinion. It's a power play, not romantic. However, I should note that they do engage sexually at least once, but nothing further comes out of it. Again, more of a power play on her part to know she got that experience from him, a man who is so notoriously private and mysterious.
Nagela is already quite acquainted with Tenna before Spamton ever meets him. The two Dark Worlds are linked very closely in this AU because they are no longer in separate buildings in the Light World. The two have partnered before since she paid to have her brand sponsored during TV World's prime time shows.
Although Spamtenna is canon in this AU, neither makes the sexual and romantic side of their relationship public, choosing instead to keep it all private due to potential drama and backlash from the public. Spamton has intense paranoia concerning the paparazzi intruding on his private affairs and any potential polarization of his image (and possibly Tenna's) for being in a romantic relationship, not to mention a homosexual one. Spamton also struggles with intimacy and chooses not to label his relationship with Tenna out of fear and insecurity.
To most people, Spamton and Tenna are seen as ideal business partners and close friends. Some of the people around them do suspect something more, and sometimes Tenna does slip up at times, drawing suspicion, but usually never to a degree that it gets either of them into a serious situation.
Nagela torments Theta out of arrogance and rivalrous spite to belittle another woman whom she can tell has some significant effect on Spamton. She isn't sure exactly why he gets nervous around her, but she comes to the (incorrect) conclusion that he potentially has a romantic interest in Theta, and she hates the idea of another woman having a greater form of power, control, or influence over Spamton. She could tell that Theta does see Spamton fondly and affectionately, and to crush any hopes and dreams of the girl ever finding love with him is the ultimate power play of dominance she could ever exert on someone she mentally designates as a threat to her influence over Spamton. She hires her for the sole (and extremely petty) purpose of messing with her and destroying her self-esteem.
What she doesn't know is that even after she fires Theta, the girl never gives up, and she continues to pursue Spamton even as it becomes increasingly harder for her to reach him. Her connection to him goes far deeper than Nagela ever suspects (but I'll have to explain how this works in another post since it's too complicated and involves the way Addison SOULs function.)
Nagela does not see Tenna as a threat since he is a man. She only really gets competitive over other women since she feels she is far more beautiful and superior, similar to the Evil Queen in "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves."

Another shared dream between the Big Shot and the woman who confuses him, but from the perspective of neither dreamer.
I played around with some new brushes and textures for this one. I was going to go with their default outfits at first (his red suit and Theta's Addison uniform), but I decided against it.
I used Japanese instead of English, just like my previous dream pic, because the vertical text works better with the composition.
Despite his reservations and distrust of her, a part of Spamton cannot ignore the familiarity he craves in another White Addison, and that thought alone disgusts him.

What's the joke here? Well, that's the joke! There isn't one at all except for one foolish woman's endeavors.
This is a drawing of my Addison lady, Thetalan (aka Theta), loosely based on the Fool Card of a tarot deck.
During the 1990s, Theta was a naive White Addison lady who fell deeply in love with Spamton G. Spamton, the BIG SHOT himself! Years before he burst into stardom, the two had a chance encounter in 1993 when Spamton was still building his wealth.
While Theta was working at a sports arena on her first day, Spamton approached her stand to buy beer for him and his friend. However, he noticed her lack of training and, as a small gesture of kindness, showed her how to properly pour a beer from the tap before handing her a generous $20 tip. This encounter embedded into her very SOUL; Theta never forgot him, and her adoration for him grew into unconditional love in the years that followed.
Like the fabled sun in their world without one, she gazed upon his visage in awe and often said, "Someday, I want to be just like him and shine brightly above the city lights!"
Despite her best efforts, he rose higher and higher while she remained nothing more than a regular Addison. However, this did not stop her from believing that someday they would surely talk again!
Thoughts of love swirled in her mind, inspiring her to write him many poems, but she never had the courage to mail them. Then, one day in 1997, Spamton announced the opening of a dedicated PO box to send him fan letters with the possibility of reading his favorite ones on TV.
This was her chance to finally get him to acknowledge her love for all to witness!
She rushed to her desk and poured all her devotion onto the paper, confessing every thought and feeling she had since their initial encounter. With a heart-shaped seal, she sent the love letter off, praying that he would find hers, remember that small moment they shared, and let all of CYBER WORLD and the neighboring Dark Worlds know how much he meant to her.
Every episode of the SPAMTON LOVE NETWORK sent her heart pounding. Surely there would come the day he'd find hers in all those piles of fan letters? She never gave up hope and believed he would read hers one day!
However, by 1998, Spamton's sales and net worth declined. The SPAMTON LOVE NETWORK was canceled in 1999 when a mysterious health condition robbed him from going on stage again. Crestfallen, Theta sobbed, knowing she'd never hear her "prince" announce her words of love. She prayed from the core of her SOUL, hoping he read her letter despite everything and kept it close to his heart.
Pathetic woman dines "together" with the "BIG SHOT" of her dreams.
My Addison OC Theta in the 1990s when she was utterly hopeless. She is from an AU I'm working on called LoveLetter.
She is enjoying her favorite dish: MILDLY SPICY CHEESE RAMYUN! What is she giving the "BIG SHOT?" A glass of orange juice and microwaved French bread with melted American cheese. Of course, the only one eating all of this is her. Maybe he's too... stuffed.
Don't even ask what kind of meal this is or what time of the day it's supposed to be... Her culinary choices often involve cobbling together whatever cheap stuff she's got in the fridge or pantry. The microwave bread is most definitely NOT what's up, but she likes to pretend he'd like it anyway.

The girl is my Addison OC Thetalan L. Addison (aka Theta), a female White Addison. In this AU, she is the only other known White Addison, but this is not a badge of honor. Instead, her unusual appearance has made her a subject of scrutiny and ridicule. It lessened in severity as she matured, but she is introverted due to her negative experiences.
Despite all the drawings of Theta and Spamton together, they have VERY MINIMAL interaction with each other during this time period. Theta has a parasocial relationship with Spamton, and he does not know her personally. She only met him indirectly once while she was working at a concession stand, and that was the start of her fascination with him.
I like drawing them on the same page because they are White Addisons yet come from completely different backgrounds. He also becomes fabulously wealthy and successful while she stays irrelevant and yearns for more.
