So much delicious food has been had over the last several days! Instead of flooding your feeds with individual pics, here’s a bit of everything all in one place! Polenta and Kale Soup with Miso and Sesame Oil is really one of my faves that I have not made enough lately. Changing that! Went back for another Just Scramble skillet at Flore, this time with @oh.grace.5. It is really, really great! And I found out Flore is the only restaurant in the WORLD that’s serving it! Also managed to score an upcoming VIP tour of Hampton Creek while enjoying it! Can’t wait! Next was the Royal Tofu and Cashews/Shahi “Paneer” from @veganricha’s (fabulous) Indian Kitchen cookbook which was soooo decadent and flavorful, next was a filling open-face Sunrise Scramble breakfast sandwich with sliced vegan ham and @so_delicious shredded cheddar. Mmmm! Then another amazing dish from VRIK, Tofu in Velvety Pepita-Poppyseed Sauce/Tofu Pasanda (with added peas for Jeff) that was a huge hit, naughty gingerbread children and Krampus sugar cookies made by @erinmarysimpson for our alt-Christmas/Krampus party this past Saturday, a silly-easy, comforting and delicious 15-bean soup I made in the Instantpot and finally, my attempt at making a vegan Egg(less) McMuffin, which was way, WAY better than that crap from McDonalds!
