RRR - Recover and Restart Routine
We all have these days when we really mess up.Feeling too tired,sometimes even ill,all we want is to go home,curl up to bed and eat as muh chocolate as we can.We end up to overeat,increadible ammout,competely crush our diet and effort.
I had one of these days this very afternoon.The guilt and disgust I feel are difficult to even describe.But if I have learned anything from being a former athlete,an aspiring model and a resent yogi,is that what is done is done- you cannot change or erase it; you can only learn from it.
Leave the past behind,this is the only way to succeed.Listen to you body’ what happend had a good reason.Respect it.Do not push you body out of the limits.Health is important.Skinny and fit will come with time happily,when health is ensured.
Give yourself time and space to rest and recover from whatever exausted you.
This is the routine I follow on days like this.
I calm,find my balance,peace and motivation again and restore my energy.
1.Follow a slow,recovering and relaxing yoga program,15-30 minutes,dependingon how you feel, how much you can bear.Try not to overpass this step,even if it is for 10 minutes,as it will get your body warm,moving and relaxed in an active way,and most important it will make you feel absoloutely better,as it will get you straight in the mood that you are restarting your health and fitness journey,that you are doing something to get back in RIGHT NOW.Plus,yoga will release tensed muscles,tough stomach and cramps and will full your brain with endorphines,the hormone of hapiness and benessere.

2. At the same time while working out,keep close to you a bottle of water and drink small throughout the exercise.Try to get 1-2 litres by the time you go to bed.
I get 2 litres,500 mL from which I drink to tea - a cup of green tea 2 hours before the yoga practise and another of white tea/chamomile before I go to sleep.
The water will detox and hydratate you and will make you feel a lot healthier and of course fuller.
3.No matter how much you have eaten,give yourself a last healthy treat if you still feel hungry.I went for a piece of dark chocolate[50gr] and 2 dates.Form this to your needs and preferences,but keep it small and healthy.
4.This step is optional,but since I felt like it,I followed a plus 5 minute yoga routine for deep sleep

5.Take a nice,hot shower and relax.Take you time,let the hot water run on you and clean your mind of bad and negative thoughts.
You have this.You can do this.nd no one is pushing you.You have all the time to become who you want to be.You are transforming your body in a piece of art.You love it.And this takes time.
6.Use a moisturising body cream with a scent you love and apply it while listening to your music.
7.Go to bed early,even if you do not quite feel like it.Tomorrow it is a new day and it must start perfectly,with full energy and positivity,You deserve the best.
Make a small plan for the following day’ promise yourself a quick morning yoga routine,a nice healthy breakfast,nice makeup and a cute outfit,a good wourkout,a 2-3 hours of studying and mostly,hving fun and enjoying yourself- how beautiful you are.
Take this day as a day off.You needed it.You did good.
