Who is the smollest (no typo) Mew?

One you haven’t seen!

This is Kepsi, a Patternless Mew that shed’s their fur on their Paws to mimic that of a pattern and that of their pack pokemon. Aka Joltik and Tynamo.

They are 8” tall, the size of a newborn Mew and they just never grew. Do not be fulled, they are a full adult.

They shift their colors over to yellow to help hide themselves better amongst their chosen pack when a transform isn’t feasible.

Originak design was made by @lunaloothemew. I adopt3 them awhile back and don’t think i’ve ever shared em XD

How tall are the trolls? Like 3 inches on average? (Excluding hair) so Clay would be above average for a troll right? He gotta be like what, 4 inches tall?
