Discovered Yoga again last night! 🧎‍♂️😍 Having this first full week off for many has been tough, and for some it may even mean Boredom! Not in this house! 😆 I think it’s kinda nice to actually have some time to start things I’ve been wanting to, such as doing Yoga 🧘‍♂️ again! These two crack me up though, and let me tell you that this “pose”, (curling up and lifting your rear) is SUPER difficult for me to even do now!! Yikes, that’s Definitely a sign I’m getting old(er)! 😆 My daughter actually came over to help lift me, and once I was up, I was able to hold myself in that position for awhile. I do know that things might feel tougher for me now also from just not being active, with excercise or yoga; but also from my back fusion, from several years ago. I can tell my back is a lot more stiff in the lower back. I think with continued practice, I’ll get much better and more flexible. We did some morning yoga today too, it was very much needed! Don’t ya just love the laughs, just love it! 🤣😂😃🥰 What things are you trying now, new excercise routines, cooking, baking, reading? Check out their Cool Sunglasses! 😎 I went to the eye Dr with my two youngest grandkids yesterday; to help mom. They were very nervous (to the point of crying) as they were walking in, because they didn’t have a good experience at the dentist (same office)! 😞 My grandson was especially not wanting any drops put in his eye, so his sister went first. I think after seeing how it didn’t bother her much, he was ok for his turn.
