HEY!!! so sorry for the late reply on this ask, was on vacation when you sent it and then i was hit with MAJOR art block!!!

anyway, did my research for this one!!! she sounds so cute, fun facts for those of you who dont know! :

- Ceclia is a district 8 victor and was reaped in the 75th hunger games

- she has 3 kids who ran over to her and hugged her when she was reaped!! :(( (effie was in shambles when she found out)

- she was part of the alliance to save katniss / rebellion

- unfortunately , in catching fire she died in the bloodbath placing somewhere between 17th and 23rd :((

- katniss grieved her and thought of her children when she found out she was dead
