Do you have a before bed routine? If so what does it entail?

Yeah. Come home from sports. Eat dinner. Shower. Change into comfortable clothing. Brush my teeth if I haven’t done that before I showered. I make sure all my sports stuff is packed. I then make sure I have everything for school the next day including outfit. By the time I get into bed I’m usually texting a person -maybe two. Eventually I say Gn to them cause I gotta sleep and so do they. I then sleep. I maybe do Hw depending on the day before I eat dinner.
