News of the day... many companies which I'll list here including Meta who's completely ending their, Walmart, Amazon, McDonald's, Ford, John Deere, Harley Davidson, there could be more. Are rolling back or just getting rid of the DEI program and policies. What are they exactly well here's a few:

Community involvement
Mentorship programs
Inclusive language
Leadership

These supportive networks can create safe environments for specific groups of employees, such as those who are LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, women, people of color, veterans, or have disabilities.
The reason these companies, especially Meta that of course owns Facebook and Amazon, perhaps the others also is to fall under the regime of Trump. These wussy ass bastards with no backbones whatsoever are willing so easily to fall in line under the toxic white guys work place once again. Without being asked without being made too, just hand Trump their balls in little baggies! Is frightening!! If their so easily to want to get favor as it were with what is Orange fool a dictator or king or both. How many much more will just idly hand their principles, morals and actions over to Trump and his cronies?! I'm hoping it's because that these are what many would call ruthless corporations and companies or at least now should. Truthfully are only worried about their bottom lines... money. Perhaps no one should be surprised at their willingness to do this. Or go as far to say with some of the companies going back to environments of a work force being mostly made up of toxic white males is something they longer for since oh the 50s or 60s.
However I'm terrified is this isn't a one off. I'm someone who has and will always believe that the diversity in our country is one of things that makes the US so strong and such a beautiful place. Mutts are always stronger dogs then pure breeds. Just like most of us in the US! Yes people like or not, you're most likely a mutt. If you're say like me are part German, English and maybe a little Dutch... then you be a mutt. That what's made America brilliant since it began, fuck those fools were English!
I seen an story on NBC Nightly News tonight that reminded me once again how amazing diversity is. In LA a street food vendor name Jimmy Medina started giving out food to help people in his area devastated by the fires, then he put out a call on social media for any willing to help him. It's grown into this huge thing. With other street food vendors giving out food, people donating things like clothing, diapers, water, toys for kids, just anything you can think of. Now it's to point it's taken over the Santa Anita Racetrack parking lot. There people of every different description all working together to help each other. And see... see that's what us Americans are so fucking good at!!!! Omg it makes me so insanely mad sometimes because I know under all our bullshit this is what we do at our best!!! FUCK!!! Shit hit fan... we don't run away! We dig our heels in and say how can we help, we can we do, how do made this better! We don't fucking giving up, we don't back down, we don't run and hind, we don't cry! We stand the fuck up, we help each other and we fucking survive! It's one of the things that makes Americans, Americans! I don't fucking care if someone just got here in the US. I c don't care where their from if in a time of need their more then willing to stand side by side with all rest of us and help us in my opinion their a fucking American... end of story!
So seeing that gave me hope. That some companies would be so willing just to fall to their knees to kiss Trump's ass!! But not the rest of us buddy! I will fight tooth and nail and blood before I willing do a fucking thing that evil bastard wants.
