I love how Tumblr is just for representing a moment in my life. The way I can go back and review the tiny, insignificant moments, the selfies that were deleted.

A theme on here is food. So 22 year old Sarah you wouldn’t believe the way food noise and body dysmorphia occupies a teeny tiny FRACTION of what it used to. I have cravings and I eat what I’m craving. Sometimes I’m unsatisfied and I breathe through it and promise to make it up at the next meal. I walk and run and play and move my body for the health of it. Never (I mean never) to punish it.

I’m going to eat those 6 squares of chocolate and enjoy the heck out of them. And that will be enough (because I ate enough all day. Because I allowed myself rest and pleasure and other good things today)!
