Every day, I get asked about types of training. What is best? My answer is always the same. Find the thing you love to do. Find the type of training that you look forward to. Then make sure it incorporates elements of strength, cardio and flexibility, and do it consistently. For me, it can be kickboxing drills, resistance bands, Pilates, yoga, barre, aqua fit or good old fashioned bodybuilding in the gym. Some days my cardio is fast and furious HIIT, and some days I get on the elliptical for an hour. Some days I don’t leave my bedroom gym and some days I go to a group class. Mix it up, if that’s your personality. Just get out there and move your body. It’s what we were designed to do.
