This is Newspaper project finally completed. I truly thank Taylor and Theodora for their amazing work on producing this newspaper for the viscom course at Birmingham City University. It’s been amazing to be apart of the newspaper from original idea and cover and style brand for this newspaper was my part. Taylor did an amazing job with pulling it all together and I hope that the next newspaper that the next students pick up next year will have fun making it. 

This is my copy of the newspaper that I took photos of this morning with Kiri Leach my friend who helped me with lighting and editing. Was a lot of fun collaborating with everyone to do with this newspaper.

So me and my dad after work today grabbed my ‘& Other Stories’ order box and because it was exactly the size I wanted to order for the box anyway so saving the money that way and i am getting an awesome print inside. Also I found the awesome little package inside the box which I forgot about which ‘& Other Stories’ ask you to recycle your old things in store and you get discount in return how cool! 

So anyway as I have starting working anytime I can, I was on my lunch break drawing out ideas of the box outside and inside and I’m very excited as I’m going to try some techniques I have never tried before myself to keep the cost down. 

I also planned today the other things that are going to be offered with the limited edition box.

So I have made a decision today I know it a little late in the game, however I knew something wasn't working when I was testing layouts. 

On spread 2, page 2 we had three things to enter on that page and on the 3rd page there was just an intro. I wasn't feeling having to squish everything onto page 2! So I have split the two pages played around with 4 ideas and I have finally become happy with the way that this piece is working for us. So now the contents goes on the 2nd page with contributors and the intro and disclaimer goes on the 3rd page.

I prefer this such a lot more then it makes sense and I can't believe it has took me so long to figure what was wrong.
