I have worked full time in service jobs of one kind or another since 1992 starting with the McDonald's Mount Newton location, cycled across Canada in 1994, co-wrote and co-produced a Telus Optik webseries, had my own production company, produced my own cd and have worked in film production both in #Uvic and with independent filmmakers, learning about every part from the pitch to editing and post production. I am presently working as a cleaner. I was told by a counselor at WorkBC that I was too qualified for their help, but that I am presently selling myself short.
