So, quick little update for Noveltale Asriel’s short comic, It’s gonna take a while (mainly cuz the trees are a pain to draw-) so I might actually try drawing some small bits or illustrations to keep y’all occupied here while waiting and who knows.
Maybe I might even draw a couple of reference sheets along the way. Or even something more special 👀
so i know just recently joined and getting myself to feel my muse more and everyone I’ve met so far has been so welcoming !!! you’re all cute patoots. but i’d like to just give a notice of sorts. firstly i’ll be speaking about what’s happening the upcoming week and after that an update on my rules among other small things.
firstly, from APRIL 4th-11th I’ll be on a semi-hiatus bordering hiatus. apologies in advance since i know i JUST made this blog and getting a hang of this beautiful muse. anyways, i’ll be out of the country ( specifically i’m going to canada ) to see my s/o for the first time ever ! and i don’t want to burden them by lessening the time we could spend together in person to write replies. it would be unfair to them and my dad who is tagging along with me. but i will try to write here and there during the free time i have to myself, though very sparingly. please be patient with me this upcoming week.
however !!!! keep in mind, i’ll always be on mobile to IM for plotting and well i’ll generally be lurking and liking stuff. ^ ^ if this is an inconvenience feel free to unfollow, no hard feelings.
secondly, regarding my rules ! i’ve updated them seeing as i feel like i didn’t have them properly fleshed out.. to break them down in short the updates are:
RPing with mutuals only ! and other selectivity reasons
regarding future interactions concerning SU OCs / GEMSONAS & OCs in general
shipping updating & exclusivity, in short it’s less constricting for myself
regarding personal blogs and my reasons for probably blocking th em,,,
thirdly, i swear to go d i’m working on replies and starters. i’ll probably try to finish them all at once tonight or tomorrow and queue them sporadically bc i don’t wanna spam anyone since i fucking ramble for days. dsidfjkg it’s just taking time bc of the aforementioned rambling in each and every starter and reply. which i’m trying NOT to do since doing that kind of overwhelms me. emphasis on the word trying bc it’s clearly not working LMAO.

I remember the last time my skin burned super bad. I was at a scout summer camp, as one of the camp leaders, and the whole camp was just sun, sun, SCORCHING SUN, every day. And it was pretty much 99% outdoor activities. No amount of sun screen could save my ass. So my arms burned. They were both shiny and bright red and so hot to touch that any cool, wet towel placed on them warmed up in seconds.
And that night I basically spoke in tongues because of high fever. I have some vague memories of just talking and talking and at some point crawling on the floor of our cabin, trying to get somewhere.
So anyways, next day my arms hurt like hell and I had to basically wear some kind of petroleum jelly stuff (i don’t remember?) covered with bandages on my entire forearms, but also my head felt fine so I just continued working like no big deal.
Man, teens, what an age to be. Me this day would be dead for days. I’ve burned my face and ears especially, and gotten fever too, tho much milder, but never again nothing that bad and it’s still just so, so awful. So I really, REALLY try to avoid sun.
