Why Hello

I am finally getting some gameplay posted! I am still very busy with life and also really wanting to permanently cut down on my online presence overall so I will probably remain pretty inactive, at least for now. When I get time, I plan to work on Pickerling Cove some more, but I may not fill out all of the residential lots I had planned before final testing and release, but I don't plan to make any of the other worlds I had planned at this time. To be honest my computer has struggled to run the game since that awful Windows update a couple of years ago and no matter what fix I do, it just doesn't run consistently well anymore. I'll hang around, but I just won't be posting much at least for the moment. Anyway, enjoy the rotation through the Jones Household that I've had on my computer since last June...completely serious, that's how behind I've been on posting!

You may recall that Thomas and Corinna were struggling in their marriage this rotation, now I don't know if the game mechanics actually allow for attraction to change based off of current relationship, but as you can see, they've definitely hit a point in their relationship where they are more partners than romantic partners, but hey, adult life and kids can do that to you sometimes. I decided to spend most of my time with them trying to repair their marriage and fix some other problems they've been having within their family.

It's just a normal morning, I gave everyone a small glow up for the round while everyone got ready for work and school. Unfortunately Tana preferred to watching TV to completing her homework. Which explains why she is failing school. Yep...this family is in desperate need of intervention!

Yeah...no one is super happy at the moment!

In other news...I decided to get Zombie Roommate back together! To help them actually progress in the band career I decided to move all of them into the same house with Marisela as the actual band leader. This means Wade, Blaine and Marisela who WERE townies lost their jobs, but they are now playable AND Terrell can keep his singing career as a safeguard in case they don't manage to take off again. Also...they had tons of cash between them, so the band is officially back in Terrell's old house with the recording studio!

Of course, as you can see, they wasted NO time making certain the home was overcrowded! LOL! Poor Jerrod now when he's with his dad for the summers, he has to sleep on a couch...facepalm...

Okay, back to it! This week is already off to a better start! Corinna may be exhausted, but at least her hard work paid off with a promotion!

Well...part of the week is off to a good start. Tana is still struggling in school and getting punished.

A little help from Mom might help her get her homework done.

With the kids finally off to bed it's time to work on that marriage! A little flirting to get things started!

Aaaand Thomas bought a lotto ticket on his way home from work tonight...Woot woot! It paid off! Taking some of the financial strain off of them can't hurt! It's the end of day one and we're already off to a good start!

Description

Following in the footsteps of his teacher Richard Wilson, Thomas Jones traveled to Italy in 1776, remaining there until 1783. Jones first visited Lake Albano in December 1776, finding the region “without doubt the most pleasing in the whole world.”

Albano is a volcanic lake that sits below Castel Gandolfo, once believed to be the birthplace of Romulus and Remus, founders of Rome.
