Thank you for the lovely chapter! It was definitely little heart-wrenching at times but I'm really glad we got to see Aliya and Eythora talk. I don't like Eythrora any less despite her standing in the way of the OTP. Girl knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go for it, and I think that's really brave of her!
Aw thanks Anon. I’m diehard Raistafina, but I love Eythora too! I didn’t want her character to devolve into doing anything that went against her sense of decency. At the same time, she’s an incredibly strong person, and pitting her ‘against’ Aliya has been super interesting from a writing perspective… Most of their dialogue is polite and considerate, but underneath is a whole different story. It also sets up the next part well, so can’t wait for you all to read it.
