So many clients come to me saying “I eat healthy and I workout everyday and I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong?”.
I get it. I see it and work with clients who are on the go moms and dads, eating healthy, but just not quite doing it correctly. Or maybe it’s the accountability piece that is missing?
