You guys, I think we're sleeping on Throck being a massive troll. What other kind of man would go on a mission to rescue his people's teenage ally from bounty hunters, see said ally tied up on the ground with a man twice his size standing over him, holding his prosthetic leg and be like, "yeah, the logical next step is to approach this traumatized kid with a knife while glowering and chuckling evilly. I'm sure that won't get misinterpreted at all"??
Like I know it's there to add suspense, but it is so ridiculous it's almost goofy. So I maintain that Throck is either just a massive asshole, does not know how to read the room, or picks the absolute worst times to play practical jokes.
