Cherry Kinsley (Oc) Facts

Like my drawing of Cherry, I wanted to give her more love. So here's some facts for my lovely gal! I may make more later on.

● Born on December 31, 1989. When it was nearing midnight. Her birth was a difficult one filled with agony

● Gold eyes like her papa, Choc though that's one of the very few things she inherited from him (beside her height), appearance wise, as she is the near spitting image of her other parent.

● A tall gal. Taller than her father at 6’9” where nobody in her immediate family knows where she got the extra boost in height from.

● Doesn't know her own strength and or space awareness so she can be very clumsy. Accidentally breaking and or bumping into something.

● Trans. Known since she was a young child. She socially transitioned at that moment and then later during her early adulthood fully done so

● Enjoys the fashion period of the fifties the most and enjoys making her own clothing as a result of having struggled to find any clothes in her size that she felt comfortable in.

● Works as a seamstress for the Toppat clan. She's been doing it since she was 19yo

● Socially awkward and highly emotional she doesn't have many friends that are her own age. Usually preferring in the company of young children or of the older generation

● ^ Or that of her father's. Rarely does anyone see her not by Choc's side at all times helping him. A big daddy's girl and he's wrapped around her finger

● She's a huge worry wart, putting the comfort and feelings of others before herself. However she has her heart on her sleeve, easy to make cry

● Will overwork herself to the brink of exhaustion and tears in order to help so she can feel remotely useful in the clan.

● She isn't used to speaking, selectively mute and so, will stutter whenever in a conversation that's longer than a few minutes. Naturally her voice is deep and smooth

how much sleep does each Henry Stickmin character get?

Sorry for the late-ish reply. Both forgot to check my inbox and I tend to procrastinate on stuff like this. But again I will try my best to keep up so if anyone's interested, I don't mind answering some more 

I only did some, not all, I Hc with particular sleep patterns. 

Henry Stickmin: Naturally a night owl, an insomniac who is a very light sleeper to begin with. Also, struggles from near daily night terrors. 

Sven Svenson: Due to his anxious behavior patterns and workaholic nature, he often forgets to sleep. But when he does, it's not for too long due usually preferring power naps. As well, sleep paralysis often gets in his way. 

Quentin Alabaster: Similar to Henry though to a lesser degree. Would be considered a light sleeper and very finicky too on how he does it. Such as but not limited to; making a blanketed nest and having a weighted blanket on top. As well, needing someone else for the contact (touch starved)

Gerry Atrix: An alright sleeper, really, for him to sleep, he does like it to be on the colder side and some scenic music/white noise to accompany it. Also, he does suffer from sleep apnea

Hershell Panzer: Heavy sleeper that basically no one will be able to wake this big fella up. Similar enough to Quentin, he needs to have contact with someone else and a well known cuddler. As well, he has the most horrible case of snoring like a loud lawn mower that no one (beside Quentin, somehow) can handle sleeping anywhere near him.

do tell! I had an old, old, OLD AU of an angel charles so i'm soo down to listen to anyone's ideas for their own AU!

Here's some angel Charles lore I've got to share. Now I hope you all enjoy it and I'm always open to share more I've got for this. 

I do apologize for the wait here and if this is a messy ramble that may be confusing here but I really wanted to share as much as I can in the post. It's more about what makes up them as a whole then Charles themselves. 

So if anyone wants to know more don't hesitate as I would love to share all I've got about this lore.

So Charles isn't the only person of his kind. As there was once many others like himself that were called the Angelics. Many centuries prior, they were simply regular, everyday people who've been blessed with the gift by an all knowing, powerful deity 

The said entity that gifted them with such power is long been forgotten by now for many outside though in their culture, the entity was always celebrated as a good thing who'll protect them 

Apperance:

- They usually come in all shapes and sizes though more commonly there much taller, lithe with sharper features then the average human. But outliers of this do come about and are seen as just as equally desirable 

- Naturally born with thick/wavy curls, coming in colors such as white, gray, or black. Sometimes it can be two or tricolored 

- Unnaturally wide eyes that can see clearly in the night and glows quite radiantly. As well, if they have freckles, moles, scars, birthmarks and so on, they have the same competent to glow 

- Sharp, dagger like teeth that can peirce through nearly any surface with ease like a knife to butter. 

^ Often from the outside looking in beside what's stated above they do appear similair to humans but do have a higher, more power 'true' form. A form that I base off the more biblically accurate angels but it tends to scare people off and very few angelics can actually do this anyways so the form is rarely used 

Examples of the powers they're gifted with are; enlongated lifespan, quicker regenerative healing, as well, an higher endurance to pain, transformation, weather/nature control, aura projection, and a natual knack for magic (ie. Healing is most common but there's more out there).

They can unfortunately still get hurt and die. As they're not exempt from either or. As well can suffer from certain illness too critical for even them to heal from

When their blood is spilt, it has a clear, glowing hue to it that if it comes to contact with anyone, non-angel can be quite addictive 

^ Also, they're naturally born to be charismatic, friendly group willing to help people in need and the type that can draw anyone in from their peacefully calming aura. They have a lucky and easygoing streak to them

In game/canon characters I Hc as Angelics, full blooded are Charles & Cloudface with all the gifted abilities  

^ Nowadays there's people who are more distantly related to them without the natural borne powers then there are actual natural-born, first generation angels. 

Their overall biology is contrastingly different to humans yet almost similair. (Honestly I'm still figuring it all out myself in that one)

It's another Hc post cause I enjoy making them. So I decided to do a little revamp of old Hcs I had like a year ago with the heights I had for Thsc. Again some may be changed later or be updated with more characters in the future.

Hershell Hcs

Heya decided to do some more Hcs now for Hershell. I kinda went overboard with this one so sorry about that one. He's just one of my favorites 

Orphaned at a very young age, he was far too young to remember his parent's faces or their reasons to leave him behind. 

Since he wasn't given a finalized name by anyone, really, or truthfully one one he truly enjoyed going by, he'd decided to name himself

^ First name was because of the meaning; Hershell - deer, his favorite animals and being an enjoyer of nature. And then the last, Panzer, because it was a alias meaning tanks, that as a child he played with a little, old toy tank growing up 

^ Embarrassingly enough he misspelled his first name but never felt the strong urge to really change it again and grew to love it in the end

Grew up in an orphanage for most of his life until eventually he grew out of the system at eighteen. Now during that time, he was in and out of foster homes as well. 

Has a natural knack for taking care of children as it came easy for him, always having a gentle soft spot for them and being very tentative 

Due to this troubled and very rocky upbringing, Hershell wasn't an easy child to handle with the tendency to lash out on any authoritative figure

In order to support himself since he barely got any support he began to work under the table for some extra cash as a young fighter/boxer by underground, illegal fight clubs

^ Soon he became an impressive fighter who was infamously known to play underhanded, dirty tricks in order to win and always be on top

^ This is how he met his best friend, Hj Canterbury where they first met in the ring and he gave the other man a nasty bloody nose. It started to grow from there as he felt guilty and became very careful and protective over his friend

Undiagnosed Adhd throughout his early childhood to adulthood where he couldn't handle staying in one place for too long while fidgeting, struggled to remember things for long periods of time, temper flares and so on

^ He wasn't properly diagnosed and treated with such until a few years after joining the military, in his early to mid twenties

^ Before becoming a parent and quitting/taking his Adhd medication, he used to smoke weed on a daily basis in order to relax. But for him sometimes it didn't always do the trick

Became a single parent on his own when he was 22-23yo after his ex just got up and left him and their son 

Throughout the years he had struggled to commit to long term, serious relationships so often he was either alone or did simple short-lived flings on the side

To his shameful embarrassment yet embraced it later on, Hershell prematurely grayed in his late twenties, used to dye it. It was mostly caused by stress and genetics 

A highly experienced Earthbender who self taught at a young age, he was around 15yo when he realized his natural power and ability. Has the most experienced to least in; Earth, metal, sand and lava. 

^ His son, Johnny however didn't inherit this ability unfortunately for unknown reasons. Maybe it was genetics that passed a generation, bad luck or something else?

Works out daily, almost every day maybe 4-5 days of the full week if possible and is naturally built like an absolute unit; someone you should never mess with

Also can be good at multitasking, a man of many hobbies and talents? In particular, with more hands-on jobs.

Okay, but how would Johnny react to Hershell and Quentin being together?

This can be prompts or headcanons, I'm very curious

Hi, thank you so much for this as I love these characters & some worldbuilding. I decided to do Hcs since I hadn't done them for quite some time. 

Hopefully, this is what was asked as I tried my best to explain my Hc for it. As well, as a bit of Johnny's relationship with his father and Quentin.

Quentin & Hershell started to become serious, dating when they were in their early thirties, 30 & 34 respectively so around that time, Johnny was 12

Their relationship before being official was more of an on-off relationship filled with intense intimacy then any serious commitments

It took the pair a while to tell anyone and much longer for Johnny that they're dating since both, Hersh in particular was worried about what some would think

Prior to getting with Quentin, Hersh was used to being on his own and or having short-lived relationships that he kept on the down low so he was awfully reluctant and anxious even to tell his son

Understandably, on the same page, Johnny rather enjoyed being the center of his dad's attention and love so he didn't take it too well in the beginning 

So going through his angsty tween/teen years, Johnny decided to be a rotten little shit about his father's relationship with Quentin, ensuring that Quentin's time was hell, or rather very uncomfortable 

^ Now as an adult with sense in him, Johnny is ashamed of how he acted so him and Quentin have a silent agreement to get along (for their and certainly his father's sake) & genuinely do care about one another despite not showing it

^ Every so often, they do get into arguments and disagreements usually filled with snarky comments as they tend to butt heads with one another

^ Only ever because they can't find a good middle ground nor are so easily willing, both are incredibly stubborn, to better understand one another so Hersh is the glue and plays the middleman between them 

Although often Johnny feels like he's being held to a higher than necessary standard or not taken seriously by Quentin who keeps him at a long arm's distance

Vice versa, he finds it immensely difficult to even get on the same page with Quentin that only gets tense with age. He finds the older older too stubborn and in his own ways 

Yet both are trying their honest best to get along better and develop a more steady and healthy son-father relationship

The Kinsley Family

So I made a post filled with some ideas and Hcs about The Kinsley Family. I hope you'll enjoy it as I did trying to write it out. 

Anyone who were to marry into the family, whether a man, woman, or whoever else, per tradition, they take the Kinsley name. Nowadays it isn't really mandatory like it was in the past

 Another tradition is when a child is born in the family names them after a sweet, desert or anything similar 

Everyone in the family usually (almost expectant) to join the family business; spanning on for many decades. Which is to become chefs/bakers who creates the finest sweets that have a minor magical healing component that makes anyone who were to consume it feel good/better

^ Yet often at best it's only a short lived relief with a mere placebo effect and if it was consumed too much by anyone, it could have negative effects (Ie. Addiction and at worst, death) and they will cut you off

^ The main ingredient that caused this troublesome problem has been recently unknown beside the family and a few elite/older Toppats. Now it's dutifully changed to a healthier component for safety and moral reasons

^ Nearly the entire family has a vast amount of knowledge about medicine and medical practices. Even then a couple members have a degree in the field 

^ They're well loved and respected throughout the Toppat clan in the beginning. In recent years due to Honey's departure and her overall bad-ish reputation kinda made their relationship with the clan slightly strained

Despite their overall sweet, kind hearted exterior, they're known to be quick, silent, and even deadly on their feet. Well known in self defense, using your attacks against you, and able to paralyze the attackers in an instant; almost like acupuncture/Chi Blocking (usually not permanent. Only lasting for 20 min to half an hour. Maybe hours at most. However if used with more force and in certain critical areas can be deadly)

The family is known to be outgoing, clever social butterflies, able to pick up on social cues as well as individual's emotions, facial expressions, and body gestures

They're the type to stay in the background to observe rather than act upon (unless it's called on and it's proving to be a true danger). They're very content in living a simple life as the clan's cooks rather to climb the social hierarchy

Charles Hc (Flexibility)

Heya, good morning/night to you all. My ask box is open like always so don't hesitate to flood it in with anything but never force yourself to do it if you're not interested. 

Now, I had a Hc similar to this one way back in my blog however, I decided to make a new post revamping it. 

In my interpretation of Charles, he's unnaturally flexible in ways that no human body could even dare to manage normally with surprising ease without much difficulty or much pain. It started when he was young, unable to join any other activities due to his small size and at that time lack of muscle, joined gymnastics. At first, as a young boy wanting to prove himself to the other kids (and in addition to the adults in his life thinking he wasn't strong enough) with a more hands-on activity though after some time adjusting he began to enjoy it. 

Though on the rare occasion he does take immense pleasure when showing it off in humorous, even inhumanely weird ways - shocking both Henry & Ellie the first time whereas for General Galeforce who despite seeing it many times before is still

understandably creeped out. 

Another simple Hc to share similar to the previous one from above (coming from real experience here since I'm a 'crackly' person myself); Now Charles' body can crack and pop almost every single bone in his body with or even without much given control. Like he absolutely enjoys being able to release the pent up tension in his body so he doesn't mind cracking it out. So he's not exactly a silent person because of it and whenever he walks, it can be heard if someone was paying close attention
