Part of my #training today, thanks to someone (you know who you are), this workout kicked my butt! 2 minutes to complete 200m row and as many #thursters at 95lbs as you can. Then 3 minute rest and repeat for 5 Rounds. I only did 4 Rounds as I ran out of time at an average of 22 thrusters per round.
