What is it like working with them in the Office?
Sumeru ver ft. Tighnari, Sethos, Alhaitham, Cyno, Kaveh, Wanderer
Tighnari
He is a hard worker and a great superior for the young employees who join the company. Tighnari is reliable and everyone trusts him and what he indicates.
Even so, many young people in the Office are afraid of him because Tighnari is harsh with mistakes. Especially harsh if it's a mistake that has been made several times (and that he has already corrected several times). He is quite respectable but scary when he gets angry.
Because he is a good teacher, he is often in charge of training new employees. He can be strict but he always makes sure to teach the employees as best as possible so they can work properly.
His work is always very well done, but he and Kaveh are the ones who are busiest during times when there is more work. Tighnari is busy doing his own tasks and also guiding (correcting mistakes) the interns.
Even though he is busy, he never accepts overtime (without pay). He always makes sure that any overtime he does is properly compensated.
After finishing his work, he goes home with Collei. Often Cyno accompanies him and the three of them have dinner together.
"Again? It's unbelievable how that kid can't even follow a simple order. I'm going to end up sticking a note on his forehead with the instructions if he keeps making the same mistake.
Sethos
He is a clever and playful boy. He gets along very well with all his colleagues and even his superiors but he often stays out of all the office drama. He is simply a spectator.
Despite everything, he takes his job seriously and almost never makes mistakes. On the rare occasion where his work is not completely well done, he always accepts feedback and corrects whatever needs to be corrected. Sethos is humble and accepts that he cannot always have a perfect job on the first try.
He is always willing to help. I mean, he never says no when someone asks him to explain something or when they are simple favors that don't take him long. He never accepts when it is clearly something that could delay his own work or that could harm him in some way (there are many opportunistic people in the Office).
He is excellent in Customer Service because he is very outgoing and always knows how to talk to the person in front of him. He also finds out a lot of things from both coworkers and clients because Sethos is excellent at keeping secrets.
He's not interested in office dramas or things that could make work unnecessarily complicated. That being said, he's not really interested in being part of the office drama, but he's never against finding out or being a spectator.
He is often listening to Cyno's jokes or looking for Wanderer because he finds him genuinely interesting.
"Do you need me to explain that to you again? Sure, just give me a moment. Uhm? No I haven't heard anything about anyone from the Office, haha"
Alhaitham
This guy does the bare minimum he has to do. He never works overtime and never does work favors. Still, his work is so good that he earns very well (which clearly annoys Kaveh).
He stays out of everything. Both office dramas and work that has nothing to do with him. He does his job as he should and it's not his business if others do their job or not.
He has been offered a higher position several times but he always refuses. A higher position always comes with more responsibilities and he is fine with his current responsibilities. He has no interest in working more.
He always arrives on time to the Office and leaves on time to go home. There are many women in the Office who are interested in him, but they lose interest when they notice how unfriendly he is. He is also not liked by several of his colleagues.
He knows several confidential things about the company because he once held a high position in management as a substitute since someone had been fired. He took advantage of his time to read and now knows several things.
Despite being so distant, everyone always sees Kaveh near Alhaitham, arguing with him. Kaveh always speaks softly but is clearly annoyed, and Alhaitham rarely pays attention to him or answers him.

Cyno
He is an excellent worker. He always does his job quickly, correctly, and perfectly. He is very serious and doesn't talk much, so some people in the office are afraid of him.
He is very strict about integrity. He doesn't allow people to cross the line and abuse their position, whether they are lower-ranking employees or high-ranking executives. He makes sure that everything is done properly.
Despite everything, anyone who talks to him in a relaxed situation will realize that Cyno is a great friend. Although he tells bad jokes that Tighnari and Sethos are tired of.
He usually leaves late and is busy since he often has a lot of work but it's common for him to go to Tighnari's house after finishing to have dinner with him and Collei. They get along very well, and Cyno is very fond of Collei, so he visits to make sure she's doing well.
Although many are afraid of him, it is inevitable to have to talk to him since he is involved in the company's projects or simply need Cyno's approval for something. In those moments, they realize that despite being serious, he is not rude or unpleasant. He tries not to make things tense with people.
He works very hard, and that granted him an excellent salary and position. Fortunately, because he spends a lot of money on that card game...

Kaveh
He has a very good heart and a bad way of managing money. I mean, he earns well but often his money goes to paying off debts he's had from before, and he could earn more money, but he always agrees to do overtime or work favors without demanding adequate pay for his work.
Cyno has gotten involved on a few occasions to prevent the company from abusing Kaveh's kindness and to ensure they pay him overtime. It's thanks to those occasions that Kaveh has a little more money, which gets him out of trouble.
He leaves late because he does more work than he should. In addition to that, he also leaves much later than Alhaitham so that no one suspects he lives with him. Alhaitham simply allows him to live with him since Kaveh cannot afford rent elsewhere or buy a house. Kaveh still argues with him too much at home about work things.
Kaveh is very handsome and kind. Some girls in the Office are interested in him, especially those who dedicate themselves to admiring him from afar. The girls who discover how bad he is at managing money become discouraged.
Even so, he is easy to work with, and Kaveh is always willing to explain anything his colleagues don't understand. That's why many of his colleagues are happy when they have to work with him.
That being said: Kaveh has a streak of fighting with difficult clients, they aren't big fights but he gets desperate when clients are being constantly difficult and often he just leaves them with other of his colleagues. He also has a tendency to go drinking after work.
"You say you have an emergency and you asked Alhaitham to help you but he refused? He's so annoying... Give it to me, I'll do it, don't worry."
Wanderer
He is not talkative and interacts as little as possible with his colleagues. He arrives at the indicated time and leaves at the indicated time.
He does the work assigned to him, doesn't ask for favors, doesn't do favors, and doesn't accept overtime. He always finds a way to get out of group projects, but if he can't, he does his part of the project and the rest is not his business.
He is rarely asked for help or spoken to because he is usually a bit biting when he speaks. He's a bit complicated to get to, but he's not that bad, and after some insistence, he's willing to help or explain things. He is excellent at explaining.
Sethos is often all over him trying to talk to him and connect. Wanderer almost always flees before Sethos can even formulate a question.
Despite everything, it's obvious that he is someone intelligent and learns quickly. That's why it's not necessary to bother him much because it's extremely rare that his work needs to be corrected. In case it is, he doesn't argue since he can realize if he made a mistake or not.

General
Everyone is going to drink together at least once a month. It's to release work stress and be able to talk.
Somehow Sethos managed to get Wanderer to accompany them. He's not very talkative but he's not difficult to be around either.
It's the night where everyone has to listen to too many bad jokes from Cyno.
Besides going out for drinks, there are weekends where they get together at someone's house to drink and play cards. Those are Cyno's favorite nights.
