as  much  as  maeve  hated  to  admit  to  searching  for  things  to  fill  her  time  with,  she  had  always  been  curious  about  fishing.  it,  unfortunately,  seemed  like  something  she  could  see  herself  ENJOYING.  and  who  better  to  drag  along  to  explore  the  most  boring  hobby  known  to  man  than  stellan  ?  “i  didn't  realize  there  needed  to  be  so  many  variations  of  fake  worms,”  she  muses,  eyeing  the  shelf  in  front  of  her.  “SURELY  THEY'VE  GOT  THE  REAL  THING,  right  ?  imagine  how  much  mischief  we  could  find  ourselves  in  with  an  unlimited  supply  of  worms.”

"Manchiiiiild, why you always come a runnin' to me. Fuck my liiiife." Charlie's laugh rang out as he pointed toward the other, his hips swaying to the beat. "Oh I like my boys playin' hard to get, and I like my men all incompetent."

LOCATION:  marco's  house  (  @pastlifc , @rangclife , @tiidepools , @fcreverlasting  )

elias  knew  the  plan  was  to  help  unpack  boxes,  but  as  he  looks  around  the  room  and  sees  nobody  anywhere  near  a  box,  he  wonders  if  anyone  else  knew  that.  he's  pulling  out  stacks  and  stacks  of  books  (  why  the  hell  did  marco  have  so  many  –  was  he  really  reading  all  of  these  ?  ),  listening  to  the  chatter  bounce  around  the  room.  as  chaotic  as  they  were,  and  as  lost  in  the  crowd  as  he  got  with  them,  he  felt  AT  HOME  in  a  room  with  all  of  his  siblings.  “okay,  is  anybody  willing  to  help  me  put  these  on  a  shelf  ?  i  organized  them  nicely  so  everyone  can  grab  a  stack."

“LADIES,  thank  you  all  for  responding  so  quickly  to  my  sos.  except,  today,  we're  not  here  to  talk  about  men  who  ain't  shit."  and  maybe  she's  a  little  worried  they'll  be  mad  they've  rushed  over  under  false  pretenses,  but  a  bigger  part  of  her  hopes  they'll  be  thrilled  by  the  spontaneity  of  it  all.  "we're  here  to  celebrate  our  very  own  TOMMY  GIRL  !”  venus  holds  up  a  bottle  of  champagne.  “and  maybe  she  can  give  us  a  sneak  peek  at  this  huge  birthday  party  she's  planning  ?”

LOCATION:  grand  royale  (  @tiidepools  )

it's  not  unlike  theodora  to  find  herself  at  grand  royale  on  a  saturday  night.  living  in  cider  point,  a  night  out  at  grand  royale  was  the  closest  one  could  get  to  a  cinematic  version  of  their  twenties  –  expensive  drinks,  loud  music,  and  shoes  that  hurt.  running  into  friends  was  always  just  a  bonus.  “NO  WAY  !!”  she  moves  quickly  towards  the  other,  throwing  her  arms  around  them.  “i'm  so  happy  to  see  you  !!  what  should  we  do  first  ?!  dance  or  shot  ?!”

LOCATION:  theodora's  haunted  birthday  (  @tiidepools  )

“you  know,  IT'S  KIND  OF  A  SHAME  we  didn't  plan  a  theme  this  year,”  he  comments,  only  half  joking.  “i  hate  having  to  come  up  with  my  own  costume  …”  he  looks  down  at  his  POPEYE  outfit,  that  he  was  able  to  make  out  of  regular  clothes  in  an  attempt  to  not  look  so  costumey.  “be  honest,  but  nice  …  how  stupid  do  i  look  ?”

LOCATION:  theodora's  haunted  birthday  (  @tiidepools  )

IT  WAS  THE  BLIND  LEADING  THE  BLIND,  theodora  and  heathcliff  trying  to  navigate  this  maze  together.  her  arm  is  looped  through  his,  doing  her  best  to  study  the  corn  surrounding  them  as  if  they  were  any  different  from  the  stalks  just  ten  feet  behind  them.  “i  think  we've  gone  this  way  already.”
