[5/6] headcanon backstories: Miraculous: The kwamis were all born in Nippur thousands of years ago and grew up unaware that they were the children of the god Enlil. Trained by Inanna before her death, the kwamis took it upon themselves to defend the world from their vengeful father before giving up their human forms so that humans may protect themselves.

Miraculous Narnia

Lucy, after a hard day where she finds herself missing Narnia all the more, finds a small black box innocently sitting on her desk. Picking it up she never expects that opening the box would lead to her life never being the same ever again. When the box opens she’s greeted by the sight of a floating toy-sized being with round warm eyes that immediately stir something in the Valiant Queen’s heart. Her and Tikki form a connection easily and she agrees to Tikki’s request to take the earrings and team up to keep the world safe from the otherworldly dangers that threaten it. Lucy and Tikki become fast friends and Lucy finds herself opening up to the small creature quickly. Their friendship becomes just as strong as their partnership. Tikki is in awe at the smoothness that Lucy portrays when she is Ladybug and asks Lucy where she learnt to fight so easily and so fluently especially as she is such a young girl. Lucy sits Tikki down on top of her desk and tells the kwami every story she can remember about her time in Narnia where she ruled as a Queen alongside her siblings. The small kwami listens eagerly and earnestly, entranced by this other world and falls in love with it from Lucy’s descriptions just as easily as Lucy had when she first stepped into the other world. She soothes the heartaches that Lucy feels whenever she thinks of Narnia and her lost friends and Lucy slowly finds herself starting to get past the heartbreak and learns to live again in England with Tikki’s irreplaceable constant presence.

“You’re a wonderful person Lucy. That’s why you were chosen. You’re brave, kind, and a good person. You’re so good Lucy, my Valiant Ladybug. Never doubt that.” Tikki’s said quietly resting her little hands against Lucy’s tearstained cheek when Lucy felt overwhelmed and found herself believing that she wasn’t good enough to be the masked superhero. A small smile work its way on Lucy’s face at hearing Tikki’s new little name for her. Valiant Ladybug. A combination of who she was and who she is now. Reminding her of her everlasting brilliance. Tikki was right. She was good enough. She had to be after all Aslan had seen something inside of her and so did Tikki. Two brilliant otherworldly beings that believed that Lucy was and always would be enough. A sigh escaped from Lucy’s lips before she wiped any stray tears away and stood up determinedly with blazing eyes as she stared at the kwami. A relieved smile worked its way up Tikki’s face. 

She could do this after all she was enough.
