It's Love Day! It looks to be a beautiful morning and I am thinking of planning some romantic time for Kay and Renee with their respective partners. But Diedra has had no romantic interests since breaking up with Raul. I wonder what she would like to do?
She wants to kiss someone. Oh Diedra, I don't know if that's going to happen...maybe I'll send her to the festival to see if the kissing booth attendant will count.
I had Renee and Kay send love letters, such a cute animation, and then it's time to call up those guys and see if they're up for some Love Day dates!

Wendy brought along roomie Sherita, but Renee (who still doesn't like Christian) dumped off a plate of waffles and was out the door before Maurice even got the chance to greet her!
Thankfully, he caught her before she got too far. I decided to send them off on their own date while the party continued.

I didn't collect taxes in Pleasant Isle because it's the sister city to Quackenbush and with only five households in each of those playthroughs I'd passed Tax Day in Quackenbush already when I instated my taxation system. Buuut...Northeny like the rest of my playthroughs is not exempt and next rotation, I'll be collecting taxes in each world!
Oh boy...Bryon is continuing to cycle through the unattached sims...word of advice Bryon...take care with other sim's hearts!
As night fell, Pamela was invited to Kari's for a party! In true sim fashion that meant she was the only guest!
Oh dear...LOL! Kari! Did you invite us here just to scare poor Pamela!
Well at least Pamela seemed to enjoy herself, but lookout! It's the full moon! Perhaps that is why no one else ventured to the edge of the world for Kari's party!
Brandee is out on the town too! Girls! Get home before you get attacked by zombies!

My sims were still asleep so I just perused around town while I went through notifications.
I may have gotten a little too wrapped up in the scenery though because evening was fast approaching and I realized I hadn't taken screenshots of my sims all day! That's okay though, because the real excitement starts at night with the planned Snowflake Day party anyway!
Hmm...while I searched out the perfect place to party, Tim got invited to a feast party at the Poindexter home. I hopped into map view and discovered there were several house parties going on. Wow! These sims have already formed their own close knit friend groups! I didn't want to break that up so...no city wide Snowflake Day party this year.
Instead I had both Pamela and Brandee work on skills and clean house while Tim did whatever he did at the party.

Back home and little Elwood is seeking out a place to snuggle up. So the day was a lot quieter than I'd intended, but it was a good first Snowflake Day anyway!
The town is continuing to settle in with Marco's career taking off and Raul finding his own partner.
Tim and Brandee were palling around town again, off to the gym first thing in the morning!

Pamela was first to arrive back home and set straight to work cleaning and unplugging that toilet! Sorry, Pam! I know it wasn't you, but hey! At least you gained a handiness skill point!

The rest of the night was pretty quiet with Tim retreating to bed before either of the girls headed home and I hung some Holiday lights to prepare for Snowflake Day!
Soooo...I was going to fill my queue last night, buuut...about five minutes after tucking my kiddo in I heard "Mommy! Cici (the kitten) threw up on my bed!" So, my kiddo wound up in my bed for the night which meant no laptop time for me---if I try to work on it anywhere but my bedroom I have dogs constantly pawing at me, begging for treats and belly rubs.
Okay...I guess I'll go work on Pickerling Cove...NOPE...Because apparently the server for EA was down and it's impossible to play without the app these days seeing as half of my packs are downloaded. Ugh...
So it was a lovely night of watching stuff about serial killers for me. Anyway, hopefully this will get posted on time and hopefully I'll get the next week queued before my posts dry up again! Now on to Northeny!
Welcome to the Elam household. Ahh...namesake Pamela is still in her Spooky Day costume I see. You may remember both Bryon and Raul trying to hit on her at the party, which is funny because she has been in a serious relationship for a few sim days now. Serious enough that boyfriend, Tim, has moved in, although he is best friends with the last roommate, Brandi.
Would you look at that! The second I switch households, Raul has moved out. This is probably for the best. Well at least he shouldn't be too lonely with a new puppy!--who appears to be in need of a fix invisible sims command--facepalm...
Oh! And Bryon has moved on with a new love interest.
Pamela may have a want to join the political career, but her LTW is to master the Alchemy skill so it was off to the Medical Center to start learning some potions!
...meanwhile...um...I don't know if you two know this, but Northeney is roadless! Oh boy, time to change up a few SP settings for this playthrough! On the bright side, these should provide some nice cash when I get to each household as my sims tend to end up penniless without my intervention X)
Back to Pamela...taking a break to contemplate the meaning of life because she is a brooding type of sim.
Alright! Time was for some reason still unemployed so I sent him to the Stadium so he could get on the right track for achieving his Lifetime Wish!

Aww...another pairing! There are a lot of sims who don't get along with each other in this playthrough, but I am kinda already getting the feeling that there will be a lot less drama where romantic relationships are concerned in comparison to all my other saves. I don't know why, I've just got that feeling.
At this point, I discovered that for some reason some of my rabbit hole rugs were not showing. So naturally as soon as I placed them everyone started job hopping...facepalm.
