What the heck was I even thinking? I was all pumped up for a time cap workout today and then I started. . . . 😂 My muscles were like "oh you had a deep massage yesterday and you want us to do work today? Ummmm, no thanks"
I really do love this circuit a lot. I can increase, or decrease (clearly 😂) depending on how my body's functioning on that particular day.

Short, but intense, workout today! Phew! It's rainy here 🙄 Send someone!
Time caps are not meant to be run into.
They aren't meant to let you be lazy.
They aren't supposed to be the first way out of the WOD.
At no point in time is it OK to think you will just slack off a bit and let the time cap catch you.
I don't care how hard you are breathing or how tired you are, if you are going to do the WOD then do it. All in.
Leaving gas in the tank so you can waste away some time in the hopes of skipping reps only hurts yourself.
What is the point of showing up? If you are planning on running into the time cap, then you need to plan on scaling and finishing instead.
You are better than giving up before you start.
