If you were able to freeze time you wouldn't be able to breathe since the air is stopped as well. Even with no wind, air molecules are moving around rapidly. With them stopped the air would effectively become a very light solid which wouldn't flow into your lungs. So you'd suffocate and die.
There's also the matter of conservation of momentum. Since you can move, it means your molecules maintain their momentum from before time stopped. But since the Earth effectively stopped, you'd retain the momentum of thousands of km/h and would be instantly flung sideways at supersonic speeds.
So thankfully you'd probably be forcefully splattered against a wall before you can suffocate to death.
