while it may not seem like it to someone scrolling by with a cursory look, what i am creating is not ‘ironic’ nor a ‘get rich quick scheme’ and it is certainly not AI GENERATED. it is a genuine expression of my heart and my beliefs about sexuality and art and love and freedom and curiosity and joy

i was very concerned to hear the skeleton trotting on cover of latest tingler appeared to be AI generated. i am not sure if it really is or not, as the image was purchased from a stock photo website like all of my images, HOWEVER these sites are getting flooded with AI slop just like everything else

could have easily just left it and i think 99 percent of buckaroos would never notice, but this is something i care about a lot. there are authors i will not name that i get tagged with all the time who proudly slop around with their AI, and i will never do that. the soul of these books is not theft

i have updated cover with new stock skeleton who SEEMS to have been rendered by human. as time goes it will be harder to tell but you can trust i will try my best to craft with love and honesty. these is not 'bad covers' or 'ironic content' to me, it is art that i care deeply about. thanks buckaroos

i love @drchucktingle so much and i’m trying to convince my groupchat of monster fucker friends to start reading tinglers and i hope i’m doing a good job at explaining why chuck’s work is so good and so important

like a lot of people i started reading tinglers because i thought they were just silly bits of satire but the more of them i read and the more blog posts, tweets, and interviews of chuck’s i came across the more i realized that what he’s doing is just the most radical, most humane expression of love out there

if you’ve never read a tingler before, look through the vast back catalog of stories, find one that piques your interest either because you see something of yourself represented in the title or because you like that kind of dinosaur or you think that word or phrase is interesting or funny and then pick it up, read it, and just allow yourself to enjoy the ride

or if you don’t like short fiction, check out one of the horror novels chuck has published—they’re great too and they prove love just as fiercely and sincerely as anything you could ask for

i’m being so serious, guys

we live in a world that makes it so easy to forget about love sometimes but chuck tingle wakes up every morning, puts the metaphorical pen to the page (or maybe it is a real pen idk), and sets about the serious work of reminding us that love is real

As soon as I read the description of the Black Lamb in Chuck Tingle's "Bury Your Gays", I knew I had to have one. I'm still waiting on some red velcro to come in the mail so I can make a couple tabs to keep the head closed, but I'm pretty happy with it. It's so soft and cuddly and it came out just like I was hoping it would.
