If it wasn't already obvious, I took a break – a four-month break, to be exact. I apologize to those who were interested in the development of Tinkle-Fingers. But I'm back now, and I'd like you to meet the new protagonist!

Where I've been

I don't know how to start this but I'm just gonna jump right into it

I've been taking a break. Losing all that progress really affected me and it has been quite the downer. But I've felt myself slowly regain motivation and inspiration from other games such as Max Payne, Postal, And more.

I can't make any promises but I plan to plop my notepad down and write away.

Its not a pain meter its just a health meter but its somewhat like Max Payne

I have some unfortunate news

I have gotten a new PC recently and I ported the old tinkle-fingers game file over to my new one via flashdrive. My idiot self accidently deleted the right game files when I put my old memory card in. I will do my best restoring it but I will say its probably not gonna be the same. That being said development will be on pause for a while. At least new development.

But please don't share too much sympathy for me. I don't need it. I promise I will do my best recreating it. hopefully better than it was.

Stuff to get off my chest

Hey guys! Yes I’m still here.. I didn’t abandon this page.. I just want to say that I’m sorry that I haven’t done any work on tinkle-fingers for quite some time but I promise I have a good reason.

In October I was officially moved in to my new house and I still have boxes left to unpack which hasn’t really given me much time to work. I’ve also gotten behind in school stuff so I have to do that before I get to my own projects. Theres also someone who has been coding the inventory system because.. well.. I know nothing about coding and tutorials didn’t fit the little sketch I had drawn in MS paint. And because he’s still working on the inventory I haven’t necessarily been able to work on it due to the fact that everything else in the game relies on items. But once I get this inventory I will do nothing but work!

I’ve been thinking about some rebranding too. I feel that I get too much inspiration from other creators that I’m basically a rip-off. I mean… Tribulation “Team”???… I’m one guy..

So definitely expect that

And regarding the FAITH like gameplay. I’m thinking changing most of what I planned for tinkle-fingers. Like I’ll still do things like rotoscoping but I’ll give it my own little spin or something. And maybe I’ll come up with more game mechanics but we never know until then.

I've gotten some progress done recently! I've been working on the Main start room, Main menu, Sounds, And sprite animations.

Hello everyone

Yesterday I tested positive for COVID-19. That on top of school and restricted bedtime I haven’t been able to work on Tinkle-fingers. I can promise that i will try to get some work done when my health is better and I get overdue homework done.
