i wont say any spoilers (technically images are spoilers but corbeau’s just outside) but this dlc was made for me 😭😭 mind you, i created neille since july 22. so getting so much corbeau content (and backstory drop?? IYKYK) IM CRAZYYYY + i just picture their banter sometimes and it’s so… their relationship had permanently changed but i think theyre closer than ever now.

THIS MEANS A WHOLE LOT TO NEILLE. neille always looked up to corbeau despite being in his shadow and basically hidden most of the time bc they were much younger back then. they were rust syndicate’s wild card and corbeau’s little brother, nothing more. then the whole lysandre thing caused a rift in their relationship and neille caused more trouble… eventually running away a year later.

gone for four years, and returns to surpass corbeau.

they reach their goal but not only that, they step out of rust syndicate’s shadow and is finally on equal footing witj corbeau. being tasked to survey hyperspace and deal with the most dangerous things SHOWS that corbeau doesnt need to protect neille anymore and that he acknowledges neille’s strength and that they can stand on their own now. they made a name for themself.
