Playing catch up with the #SneakyStrengthYoga challenge - I was happy Day 5 from @kathrynbruniyoung fit into my Tiny House cuz its raining ☔ 👈👈👈👈 and it can be challenging to film yoga in the tiny. #tinyhouseproblems • • • • • Low squat- but hold your body weight so you feel some effort in the lower body. Open the arms out against the knees and PRESS to wake up the shoulders! 💥HOLD that pressure while the other arm opens to twist. 💥 Drop one knee down and add the twist- keep pressing the arm against leg. 💥 Lift up to active twist L/R + tap the back of the head.💥 Double arm active external rotation, active extension into double arm Internal rotation 💥 end it off with a graceful plop 🔥 I felt this ALL OVER- especially after doing about 6 hours of computer work this morning 😬 just what my body needed!
