Another bit of STABILIZATION work to add to your YOGA practice- this time working around the PELVIS building awareness & control: 💥hip joint hinge forward/back WITHOUT moving the pelvis from neutral - it helps to put the hands on the sides of the pelvis to make sure it stays still! 💥 be especially careful to keep the lower abs engaged when the leg goes back so the pelvis doesnt fall into anterior tilt 💥 then transition to a wide stance and keep the spine neutral- pivit the body to the side lifting the opposite leg for counter balance 👍 the SLOWER the BETTER!!
