12/12日、本日19時まで営業。AKANE ISHIGAの個展は今日までの開催。 PIGのロゴがクールな写真のJohnくん、まだございます！！ご興味のある方は [email protected] までお問い合わせください。 AKANE ISHIGA solo exhibition ‘Let’s escape to Tiny Zoo’ 2021年12月11日(土)・12日(日) 営業時間：12:00～19:00 会場：WISH LESS gallery （東京都北区田端5-12-10） WISH LESS galleryでは、ファッショナブルなぬいぐるみチャームで人気の高いAKANE ISHIGAによる6回目の新作展を開催いたします。 AKANE ISHIGAは「連れて歩ける動物園」をテーマに、素材と表情にこだわったぬいぐるみチャームを制作しています。ぬいぐるみには高級天然素材を用い、細部まで一点一点手作りしています。最近では自身のキャラクターのミニチュアフィギュア「Tiny Zoo」が発売されるなど、さらなる人気を得ています。 本展では、おうち時間を飛び出し、新しい世界へ羽ばたく小さな動物達をご紹介いたします。 さらに毎年恒例ロブ・キドニーとのコラボ作品も登場いたします。 作家の言葉 小さな小さな動物たちは、ハッピーに暮らすことにとっても貪欲。 だから、今いるところも素敵だけど、ときどき違う世界にも行ってみたくなる。 新しい何かを見たいから。もっともっと楽しいことしたいから。 あとたまに…心のお掃除をしたいから。 そんな動物たちの暮らすTiny Zooにダイブして、一緒に小さなエスケープをお楽しみいただければ嬉しいです。 プロフィール AKANE ISHIGA 「二本足で立つ洋服を着た動物」を立体にしてみたいと思った事からぬいぐるみチャームの製作を始める。2014年よりWISH LESS galleryにて毎年個展を開催。本展が6回目の個展となる。ウェブショップ chovon SHOP での販売のほか、イベントへの参加もしている。 インスタグラム： @akanet08 ◆ WISH LESS gallery is delighted to welcome back Akane Ishiga for her sixth solo exhibition ‘Let’s escape to Tiny Zoo’ Akane is known for creating fashionable and detailed plush toys, with unique materials and charming facial expressions under the theme of “a zoo that you can carry with you.” The stuffed animals are made from high-quality natural materials and are handmade one-by -one in every detail. Recently Akane’s characters have been released as a range of miniature “Tiny Zoo” capsule toys, reaching an even wider audience. In this exhibition, we will introduce a new set of small animals that have escaped from their everyday life at home and found a new and exciting world outside. We are basically content but sometimes we want to breakout and find a different world. We want to see something new and have more and more fun! Sometimes ……We want to clear our minds. We hope you can dive into the Tiny Zoo, where such animals live, and enjoy escaping reality together. PROFILE AKANE ISHIGA creates three dimensional ‘free standing clothed toys’ from her own drawings.
