Tkdb spoilers ahead. For episode 23.
Hahahahhahahaha. ZZG. You just loveeeeee doing this, don't you. Giving us BS names in the most random places. Goddammit.
So. I think Inamori is Yamato. Yamato Inamori.
Shiki and Enzo are, to my knowledge, accounted for, and likely to appear next chapter.
Yamato was said to be missing. Apparently. But Hyde seemed to have no problem with the idea of sending Haku and Yamato back to Haku's family. So maybe Darkwick is holding him somewhere, and just not telling anyone else? Fuck if I know. I just know that Yamato seems to be the only character WITHOUT a confirmed last name, whose missing status seems debatable. Yamato Inamori. That's my idea.
Anyway, loved how everyone this episode seemed genuinely focused on curing MC. Literally everyone. Good for them to finally lock in.
Hold on lemme check my notes for what else I planned to complain about
Oh yeah, Rui is practicing black magic. Likely being guided by Shiki. Or... Enzo. I think it was Shiki on the other side of that VR? Who cares, one of them.
ALSO, DEMON LORE. So. They can't see the demon. Just hear them. And it always says the same thing. After which, there'll be an incantation. Dope.
OH YEAH. "ALLY OUTSIDE OF DARKWICK". WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT MEAN. A PERSON WITH THAT AS A STIGMA? A WEIRD ANOMALY? WHAT?
The clockwork thing is weird. So, Haru takes it to the festival, it goes missing, and suddenly starts opening up anomaly cages and releasing anomalies? Cages with some seal that the living can't see, as well. And it has smth to do with September 4th.
Love the confirmed clinical depression tho. It was insanely obvious, but it's fun that they literally confirmed "oh yeah no you're depressed. Like actually. No we aren't joking, you're insanely depressed. You die in two weeks, what the fuck did you expect?"
Also, I know what ppl are gonna think, "isn't MC doomed, since Taiga doesn't care?" .... And by people I mean me, since I randomly decided his Stigma is future sight and just kinda ran with it. Even if it's not his Stigma, (cuz his Stigma is probably luck) there's something iffy going on with him in regards to future sight.
Either way, I was gonna say not particularly. Idk. They've been talking a lot about fate and love this episode, but the whole Towa and Kaito conversation seems to cement the whole anti-determinism thing. Like "if you don't like the story, then rewrite it." That whole "fate is malleable" shtick.
ALSO WHY DOES JIRO HAVE SNOW IN HIS HAIR. THERE. THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE. WHY.
The most important thing in the whole episode though-
MORE ELIAS SCREENTIME FUCK YEAH I LOVE HIM.
Also if we actually get to see Shiki and Enzo next episode I'm going to. Be so unbelievably happy. Like the Deserters we probably won't see, just because none of them actually moved up a grade, and they're like in custody or smth. But Shiki and Enzo are either four years or graduated. If they were both in attendance 2 years ago, when Haku was in Clementia, they were at most 3rd years. But if they were, then their 4th year thing would've been last year.
Could've also been 2nd years tho. That's what I'm going with until proven wrong. Cuz then we'd be able to see them at the Gala.
Anyway. Really hope we get to see them. Then I can properly confirm/deny my theory that one of the two has white hair. I swear it. I swear one has white hair. Or at least a color pale enough to be mistaken for white. It's an extremely inconsequential theory ik but I DONT HAVE MUCH TO WORK WITH WHEN IT COMES TO THEM
