Trapped in a Locker: Obscuary Edition (SFW)

Edward Hart

Ed was too tired to use his powers again. He had flown to your rescue while Lyca distracted the anomaly, and you dragged an exhausted vampire to a safe spot, which happened to be a locker. You managed to squeeze yourself in with him, while Ed made no attempt to support himself. In fact, he shifted to lean on you as much as possible. It was definitely unnerving to have his face on your shoulder, mouth dangerously close to your veins. 

“Hmm, your heart is beating so fast,” he cooed. “Is that because of me? I don’t smell much fear on you.” 

“Check again.” You were afraid, and regretted your retort when he took a big gulp of air next to your neck. 

“Ahh, there it is. Delicious.” 

You turned your head to warn him away, shifting to cover his mouth in case he tried to bite you. His tongue darted out to lap at your fingers. He managed to find enough strength to grab your wrist and pry it away from his mouth. 

“Won’t you take pity on a hungry old man?” He turned his head to cough dramatically. “I promise I only need a drop.” His lips trailed along your cheek, settling near yours as if he would pierce your lip with his fangs. You could tell the thought appealed to him, enough to liven him up after his total exhaustion, assuming that wasn’t a ruse. 

“No biting,” you insisted. It wasn't wise to allow even that much, but his vampiric powers already seeped into you. He wasn’t exuding them strongly enough to control you, only to stir a little pre-existing desire. 

“Fine, fine.” Ed’s sanguine eyes shifted toward the door when he heard the anomaly draw closer. He pressed a finger to your lips to shush you, then replaced his finger with his mouth. As promised, he made no move to bite you. 

Rui Mizuki

Rui was terrified he would inadvertently touch you. He was a greater danger to you than the anomaly, yet you insisted on him staying safe in your shared hiding spot, despite the risk of a single point of skin on skin contact. If it weren’t undignified, he would have pulled his shirt over his head, since his face was the only skin he couldn’t help but keep exposed. His mouth went dry trying to keep still. He gripped his sleeves to make sure they wouldn’t ride up and hoped your legs wouldn’t cross in such a way that exposed your ankles. He’s had worse luck than that before. 

Why, oh why couldn’t you have chosen another locker. He was too shocked to protest when you slipped in with him, miraculously not getting yourself killed because he reflexively turned his head away. 

Rui reached into his pocket for a small contingency in case he was ever in a ridiculous situation like this. He hadn’t planned on using it, but it was better than risking your life and his mental state for the next several years. He carefully produced a flexible plastic hood from his pocket and put it over his head. The material was thinner than he would have liked, he had other safety hoods with solid plastic but didn’t have the foresight to bring a sturdier one. The neck hole was large enough for some air flow. 

You watched him, openly curious. You were too focused on not touching any of his exposed skin to see how nervous he was having you so close. You were guilty that you didn’t have any better ideas, since all the other lockers were locked. The plastic looked reaper proof, which you tested by tentatively touching the mask. 

Rui was shocked when he felt pressure against his cheek and was torn between jolting away and staying perfectly still, in case sudden movement caused an accident. Everywhere except the neck opening was sealed, and you were drawn to touching him, even if you couldn’t feel his skin and hair the way you wanted. He was still worried for you, but leaned into your hand, securing the opening of his hood so it wouldn’t slide up. His eyes widened when you traced the seam of his lips. He was beyond starved for touch, dreaming day and night about being able to kiss someone again. You were willing to take the risk for him, which was terrifying. He didn’t stop you as you pressed your lips against the plastic, slowly distinguishing between his skin and the soft material. The sheet fogged as he sighed and allowed himself just a little indulgence. He sucked on your bottom lip through the plastic, and you felt the flick of his tongue brush over it before he pressed himself back against the wall, feeling an intoxicating mixture of relief and gratitude. 

Lyca Colt

Lyca gritted his teeth. He hated being in a cage again. It was worse than before. He couldn’t stretch his legs and arms, the walls were crushing him, there was less air, and the only soft thing for him to rest on was you. He couldn’t do that. Your smell was too intense in that small space, overwhelming his senses. He had yet to admit how much he loved your smell, how he chased it when it was vaguely carried on the wind. Now it was too much. He couldn’t think. Why did you have to smell so good anyway? What good did it do anyone? You weren’t for eating, you weren’t supposed to attract a mate yet… Were you? 

Humans were so perplexing. He didn’t understand why there was a sweeter scent taking over the fear in you when he shifted the right way. He was about to run out of the locker, anomaly or no anomaly. Holding his breath was too uncomfortable too, and would be the last frayed nerve before he charged out against something he couldn’t fight. 

You could tell he was restless, even before he snapped at you. 

“Stop smelling like that,” he growled. You cocked your head, taking a sniff toward your jacket. You didn’t smell anything unusual. Maybe a little sweat because it was hot in there? 

“It makes me want to taste you.” 

His confession poured forth like it was any regular inconvenience. You gaped at him, unsure what you were supposed to about it. He surely didn’t mean he could smell you so intimately that he wanted to taste you in that way… The idea only made you more flustered. Lyca took a deep breath and swallowed thickly. You sensed the second his resolve shattered. His muscles seemed to shift and a soft tail thumped against the walls. He dove toward you and placed open mouthed kisses on your neck, where your pheromones were strongest. He kissed and nipped up your neck until you trembled as much as he was. You angled your face to kiss him and found out just how hungry the wolf could get.
