TMA 28: the paranormal nerds are fighting!!

I love how rude these two, Jon and Melanie, were to eachother. It's always nice to hear characters interacting and this time was funny as hell.

Apart from that, I remembered Sarah was one of the people that went missinng in EP1. I did because I missheard her last name as "balding" in both episodes. She dissappeared in 2008 and the events in this statement happened in 2015. She's very far from where she was abducted too.

I'm not sure if the "anglerfish" it's the same ghost that threw her across the room in this ep. It depends on what "You didn't tell me about this place" means. Was she talking to Melanie? Then maybe, the reason why she didn't know about the hospital is because she wasn't the one that picked up the phone. Was she actually complaining about the anglerfish not telling her about the hospital? Then it could be the same being.

We don't even know if this is Sarah at all tbh. Like, she still smokes but what the hell with her arm? And the flowery smell, is it jazmins? tales say ghosts smell of those lol

Statement of Melanie King. Sarah Baldwin. Andy Cain. Georgie Barker. 

[voiced by Lydia Nicholas!]

“I knew you were a bit slapdash, but this is absurd. We are more respected than you lot.”

Ghost Hunter UK. 

Incident at Cambridge Military Hospital. Due to be torn down, asbestos.

Crew:  Andy Cain, Peter Warhol on sound, Toni on camera. Peter bailed. Georgie Barker from What the Ghost recommended Sarah Baldwin.

Pick up Sarah at dark building. Tee shirt. Smoking. Oddest smell - sharp, vaguely floral. 

“You didn’t tell me about this place,” real anger. I had told her in detail.

Ghost reported as a “gray lady.” Discussed whether to go for spooky or tragedy, decided on both.

Builder labels in red spray paint, looked like blood splashes. Other graffiti - someone had scrawled “silk will not stitch the butcher’s meat.”

[soundscape music begins very softly, continues]

“Last thing I heard before I drifted off was the click of Sara Baldwin’s lighter.”

Woke about an hour later. Sarah not there. Waited. Went to look for her. Took one of the cameras with night vision.

Couldn’t see or hear anything, but seemed to be something just beyond the view. I could feel it.

Smell - copper, something acrid and sour, hint of ammonia.

“I admit it, I was scared, so scared I didn’t even think how great this would be for the show.”

Heard talking. Sounded like pleading. 

Sarah was there, gesticulating, but nobody else was there. 

Sarah was thrown across the room and hit the wall. She stood up and yelled something into the room in a different language.

She peeled off the skin of her left arm, like a glove. She stretched it, them slipped it back on. Then she pulled a staple gun out of her bag and stapled the skin on.

Toni asked that we not work with Sarah again.
