องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงเลี้ยงดูข้าพเจ้าดั่งเลี้ยงแกะ ข้าพเจ้าจะไม่ขัดสน พระองค์ทรงให้ข้าพเจ้านอนลงในทุ่งหญ้าเขียวสด พระองค์ทรงนำข้าพเจ้ามายังริมน้ำอันสงบ พระองค์ทรงฟื้นฟูจิตวิญญาณของข้าพเจ้า พระองค์ทรงนำข้าพเจ้าไปในทางชอบธรรม เพื่อเห็นแก่พระนามของพระองค์ แม้ข้าพระองค์เดิน ผ่านหุบเขาเงาแห่งความตาย ข้าพระองค์จะไม่หวาดกลัวความชั่วร้ายใดๆ เพราะพระองค์สถิตกับข้าพระองค์ พระองค์ทรงปกป้องและนำทางข้าพระองค์ ทำให้ข้าพระองค์สบายใจ
