what will bts be remembered as in your life? #TO_BTS
warning: this is a long post. so tldr; if you can answer that question, what will bts be remembered as in your life?
it’s 12:30 am right now and i don’t even know if anyone will see this and reply and i don’t know what possessed my soul for me to log into this tumblr account that i haven’t used for about a year and jeez i’m running off tangent let me try this again.
no, but seriously. as most of you probably know, bts have written some postcards for us asking about our lives, interests, and how we’re doing generally (and yes i cried what about it). these postcards and lovely messages are always on my mind, but one particular question that hasn’t left ever since was ‘what will bts be remembered as in your life?’. i kid you not guys, i haven’t stopped thinking about it ever since.
i’m not usually good with words, but i can be articulate if i have - and want - to. over the years, i’ve written a few heartfelt letters to my boys, most of them from three years ago when i first stanned them.
do i know how much i love them (and others)? more than the entire universe. do i know how much they’ve done for me (and others)? yes and i’m always grateful. do i know how important they are to me (and others)? of course. bts are literally my saviours. enough said. ask me literally any bts question and i will answer it like i’m that b*tch siri. (are we even allowed to curse on this app?)
but what will they remembered as in my life? i can’t quite answer that. i feel like words just won’t suffice for this, ever. calling them my saviours, angels, best friends and all that seems too less. calling them a life changing boyband is underwhelming and an overused understatement. i just cannot answer this - my mind goes blank when i think of it. this answer isn’t like ‘what are they to you’, ‘how much do you love them’, ‘how much have they influenced you’, and the likes. it’s just... different. and i was wondering if we all felt the same. that’s why i wrote this. if you can actually put it into words, what are they going to be remembered in your life as?
maybe your words will um, ignite something in my mind too. and honestly i’m just curious to see what other armys feel about this question.
