Welcome to the River Valley Tribes!

This is a new roleplay blog, dedicated to two large tribes of cats, who have been living alongside one another for moons in a massive river valley.

The two tribes inhabiting these territories are the Tribe of High Cliffs and the Tribe of Fallen Leaves. More info is to be added to the tribe pages, as well as additional maps, available high up positions, traditions, and more in-detail explanations of certain ranks. Applications for one of the two tribes will be opening up around September-November at the very least! (There may be chances for early acceptance, as the Keeper/Starwatcher positions may open earlier)

if you wish to learn more about the tribes before applications are posted, feel free to send in a question, and we will get to it as soon as possible, and answer to the best of our knowledge!

Alright, so to start, you should enter information about yourself!

Please try to be as accurate as you can when writing down how active you can be!

Once you finish up this page, press the next button at the bottom of the page, and you should be taken to the second page. 

Once you've read through the rules, requirements, and other important pages on character making, you may begin with the simple information you have on your character! This includes their name, gender, and age. Please be aware that we are accepting of all different gender identities and sexualities!

Note that moons=months! 

Once finished, you may move on to the more descriptive parts of character making! This includes their personality and appearance! Please be aware of the minimum sentence requirement for each section!

Have fun with making their personality, and do not feel pressured to make a certain kind of cat! We enjoy having diverse characters!

Also, this is important! Please add how your cat feels about spirituality in the personality section! The sample does not have such a description, but we would appreciate you placing one in your application!

Now that you have finished up the bulk of your application, you should be moving on to the icing to the cake, the final details of your character. This includes extra information about serious injuries and such, and backstories! We would love for your character to have a backstory, so we know where they are coming from!

Please contact a mod about the things you wish to place in the extra information category before doing so! 

Now, lastly, we have the roleplay sample! This can be from another group, of a different character, or of the character you are applying with! All we ask is that it is your writing, and that it is in paragraph format, so we may see your writing abilities!

Applications for RiverValleyTribes are now officially open!

Time has passed, and as tension grows with the Tribe of High Cliffs, the need for new blood and stronger tribes has strengthened. With this, tribe cats known as Gatherers were sent out into the world to identify and gather worthy individuals that could possibly join their designated tribe.

In this round of applications, the gatherers of the Tribe of Fallen Leaves are sending back to their tribe a group of diverse minded, strong candidates from all different backgrounds, who they have deemed worthy to join their tribe. These cats can be rogues, loners, barn cats, even former kittypets, with any personality you would like. The only thing they must hold in common is a willingness to embrace the ancestors, and the belief the Tribe of Fallen Leaves holds in them.
